Perfect location for us. Just 1/3mi to be inside the old city wall in one direction and 1/3mi to be in the middle of Anusarn Market with endless food options. 7-11 Half a block down and Big C Market 1/3mi. Waroros Market which has WAY cheaper clothing than the Saturday Walking street or Sunday Market (which we found ridiculously packed) is a cool backstreet mile long walk. Go! Worth it if you’re adventurous!
Our room was spacious and AC worked great. We had some dust on kitchen shelf and upper clothing rack, but other than that, very clean. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are a bit dated, but again, very clean, so we were comfortable.
Would 100% stay here again!
Shower curtains should be replaced if containing any mold.
We only asked for our room to be cleaned twice during our 10 day stay, so we had to keep asking for coffee because you would only give us 2 at a time.
The rooms facing the street it can be loud at night as you can hear all the cars and bikes. Other than that everything was great

浴室水壓非常小，水溫忽冷忽熱，洗澡不舒適。
地點很好，方便且便利，周遭有按摩店、租車店、咖啡店、泰式小吃店、洗衣店，滿足生活機能。距離塔配門、藤編街區、以及前往湄康蓬都十分方便，但又沒有老城區的嘈雜，環境相對安靜。櫃台員工雖然看起來有點嚴肅，但其實很熱心、樂於助人，住宿的時間久了，也會和我們攀談去哪裡玩的行程。這次在清邁旅遊10天，我們在隔壁租機車自駕，飯店庭院後方可以停車。
飯店的設施略顯老舊，但包含浴室在內，都打掃得乾淨整潔，而且我很喜歡房間的木紋地板。
這次入住的房型有小廚房，備有冰箱、碗盤、餐具、微波爐，方便我們早上可以加熱前一晚外帶的泰式料理當作早餐（尤其參加叢林飛索、健行的一日行程，通常早上7、8點要在大廳等候接送，早餐店還沒營業）。冷氣很強很舒適，這次入住的兩間房型分別是日立、LG，功能優秀。
唯二的缺點就是沒有飲水機與浴室水壓不穩。每日飲水可以在櫃台前方的小冰箱自由索取瓶裝水，就是不太環保，希望日後可以加裝飲水機改善。這次入住兩間房型，一間水壓不穩，洗個澡忽冷忽熱；另一間熱水溫度足夠，但是熱水水流很弱，後來我和先生都選擇泡澡只泡半身，不然不知道要等到何時才會水滿，讓人覺得很可惜，浪費了浴缸。
Great location, convenient surroundings with massage shops, scooter rentals, cafés, Thai eateries, and laundromats — everything you need within walking distance. It’s very convenient to reach Tha Phae Gate, the wicker district, and Mae Kampong, yet it’s away from the noise of the Old City, making the environment relatively quiet. The front desk staff might look a bit serious at first, but they’re actually very friendly and helpful. After staying a few days, they even started chatting with us about our travel plans. During our 10-day trip in Chiang Mai, we rented scooters next door and were able to park behind the hotel courtyard.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything — including the bathroom — was kept very clean and tidy. I also really liked the wooden-style flooring in the room.
Our room had a small kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishes, utensils, and a microwave, which was super convenient for heating up leftovers from dinner for breakfast. (Especially on days when we joined early jungle zipline or hiking tours, as we had to wait for pickup in the lobby around 7–8 a.m., before most breakfast places opened.) The air conditioning was strong and comfortable — the two rooms we stayed in had Hitachi and LG units, both worked great.
The only downsides were the lack of a water dispenser and the unstable shower water pressure.

Centrale ligging
The location is great, 711 and bigc is around the site, and around 10-15min to the tha phae gate, 20-25min to the airport, 15 min to chang klan road which means around night bazaar, kalare bazaar, and anusarn market, 5 min to loi khro road bars. easy to take a cab to nimmana road, maya and other shopping center in the city. The staff was nice, after 3days i moved in the staff tell me they found the aircondition too noisy, and switch me to another samll room for few days in case they'll fix the aircondition, and refund me 1500bhat, and let me moved back to the original room since they fixed it.
the facility is quite old both in and out side room, the lift can be only used by staffs. i came to chiangmai for muay thai training and join a fight, which means i need maintain my weight, so i reserved a room which described with a small kitchen, and more big than other rooms, but only got a mircowave, i think if with a cooker is much more better, and there's a sofa in the room but without a table, which means you can only eat while sit on the floor. the room‘s clothes hanger on balcony was broken.
The bathroom was dirty and moldy, it needed to be a deep cleaning.
Bare bones hotel which was great for the price. Would stay here again.
they advertise breakfast but there is no breakfast available and the only menu they had was no other option

Even though the hotel is older, it is well maintained and the rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room doors still use keys and the air conditioning, while decent, could be improved.

There is a nice long table in room, but only one chair. It would be great if there are two chairs in room.
