Pros:

The hotel was very quaint, cozy and nice - the staff were very friendly and did a great job of making you feel "at home". The breakfast and baked goods were amazing and I felt so taken care of!

Cons:

The rooms can get pretty warm, even though I turned off the heat there were multiple nights that I woke up in the middle of the night and had to open the door to the balcony for 15 mins before I could fall back asleep. It's too cold if I leave the door open. Also the pillows are super flat, which was less comfortable. Otherwise the room was amazing. In hindsight, I probably should have said something and I'm sure they could have fixed it.

Une halte inoubliable
Pros:

Établissement exceptionnel, très cosy, un espace bien-être et la piscine magnifiques.
Un garage sous terrain pour nos motos.
Un moment inoubliable.

Pros:

De rust van het hotel en de omgeving, maar zeker ook de gastvrijheid die iedereen uitstraalt.

Na 25 jaar vakanties staat hotel Stäfeli tenminste in onze top 3 van beste / prettigste hotels.

Lovely stay in a great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great Spa area . Staff were also fantastic

Cons:

There seemed to be too many “ extra” charges .
A pot of afternoon tea -€7.50 per person !
The hotel is on the hillside , so if you ski down , it’s a relatively long slog up the hill with full ski gear on .

Amazing experience that requires another visit!
Pros:

Loved the attention to small details to make each guest feel like part of a family. Management willing to help with even the most minor things.
Breakfast was always fresh and had such variety. It was a shame to have to stop eating to be able to ski without being too stuffed
