Our stay was not as per expectation…the staff were untrained & unprofessional. Location is spectacular, food is horrible!
The experience of staying in the hotel is mixed, some activities were excellent other where terrible.
Generally speaking the hotel facilities are very good, except wifi at rooms whick is very very weak.
The staff are not well trained, it took me more than 40 min to complete the check in, the front desk employee was taking lots of calls while I was checking in.
Very loud music is played at night.
I still recommend it as it is the best location in the city and also highest rate.

المكان رائع و نظيف لكن الخدمات بحاجة إلى اعادة النظر لها لقد قمت بحجز جناحين اكثر الأشياء لا تعمل مثال غلاية الشاى و التليفزيون ولا يوجد شبشب بالغرف و كل شئ يجب ان تطلبه منهم و هذا ما جعنلى غير مستمتعه بالإقامة بالإضافة إلى المطعم حيث لا يوجد الكثير من الأطباق المكتوبة فى القائمة
قمت بحجز جناحين سخان الشاى لا يعمل فى الاثنين و ريموت التليفزيون لا يعمل أشياء كثيرة غير موجودة بالغرفة و كل شئ يجب ان اطلبة حتى قائمة الطعام لا يوجد منها متاح الا القليل الفندق نظيف لكن الخدمة بحاجة إلى مراجعة
The place is amazing and I would have given it full marks in every category if the restaurant was professionally run, and if they care to give passes to go through security.

The check-in was not organized or controlled.
All other things/conditions were ok
Housekeeping was bad... Cleaning was bad.. Sheets didn't change every day... Small amount of shower gell, soup, shampo, towels, etc.... Very low standard breakfast quality and service, notowels on pool, uncleaning, beach, broken chairs, confusion in room reservation, no sufficient extra beds avsilable, no control on room security, room was opened for cleaning while no disturb sign was hanged, non cleaned refregrator
Terrible stay so many things wrong and not as should have been yet charged full price.
Should have had a room with balcony or patio as per my booking sheet but as none available downgraded into a room with a small round window but still charged for a superior room (no offer of an upgrade despite the room issue being the hotels fault for overbooking i guess finally offered the room i had booked on the 6th day of an 8 day stay but so fed up declined . No water left in room for 6 days, nothing in mini bar for entire 8 day stay despite asking for water, mini bar fill up etc each day it never happened. No wifi in room kept being told it would be sorted but never was so could only get wifi in reception area. Generally got the feeling from the attitude of the majority of staff that Western visitors were not welcome which is the first time i have felt this in many years of staying in overseas hotels.

I like everything the staff are very friendly special Mr. Lotfi who is the housekeeper manager & his team specially Mohamed from room service.was amazed by the high professionalism that I received my family & I from all staff specially Mr. Ahmed Maher who made sure everything were requested for our son’s wedding was done correctly and above our expectations.
The most remarkable is the view, cleanliness & quietness. Thank you
Clean, great view, quite and very friendly staff. The price is a little bit high but for the service that you got. I think it’s 4-5 stars hotel. It’s new too
