Pros:

事前予約かつ支払い済みにもかかわらず、投宿当日に満室との旨を告げられた。
支払い済みであると告げると、シングルの部屋はあるとの回答。
ツインで支払い済みにも関わらず同額にもかかわらずグレードを下げる内容は承諾しかねると告げたところ、ツインを案内された。
１週間前にも宿泊をしていたので、設備にシャワーがあることを確認していたものの、案内された部屋にはなく、そのクレームを告げるとそのような設備はないと不誠実な回答。
先週の例を示して詰問したところ、翌日部屋を変えるとの回答であったが、担当者が変わった翌日には梨のつぶてであった。
部屋には窓の隙間や壁の穴などが多く、また害虫が異常に多い。
レストランではメニューの8割が常時注文不可。
ただし、近所（~100m）には中華料理屋がある。
Wifiは部屋や故障の有無に依るものの、少なくともレセプションでの通信は可。
熱湯の出はよく、またありがちな突然の温度低下も見られず、この点は高評価。
市内のホテルに比べると宿泊費は割安であるが総合的に値段とは釣り合わないという印象。

Very simple. Not exotic but good
Pros:

Booking from Nigeria was quite easy given that there was no website. Booked over the phone and the manager was very friendly. I got to see pictures of the room via Whatsapp before booking. Got there by 3am and the guy at the front desk was quite friendly also. Checked in without any issues. The location is very nice. Not noisy and in a good location in the Long Acres area. Internet was fast. The hotel is quite old but well maintained. There is a need for more tv channels though. Overall it was good and I definitely can go back when in Lusaka

Ndeke hotel, best in its class...
Pros:

Very good location for business meetings, near embassies and away from crowds. Good rooms and best price. So whether in transit, ndeke hotel has a shuttle at $50.00 return to KK international airport. I recommend this property to anyone with a budget budget.

Pros:

Spent one night there. Couldn't sleep. Just sat waiting for the sun to come up. Its a shame coz it used to be such a great hotel some years back. Today, they can even replace small things like a good mattress, bedding's, towels etc.
It is dirty, run down and as much as I would want to commend the Night Manager's understanding and effort to provide us with a better room, the place is just inconceivable.
At the light of dawn we were out. Booked into a nearby hotel in the same Longacres area called Blue Nile. For the price Ndeke is asking, you have a lot of other lodges offering better services.
The hotel is situated in such a good neighborhood and near to many places (walking distance to many embassies and government offices), but not even that could make us stay.
