Great hotel on a super location close to everything you need in Guilin.
Room was great with a nice view down the pedestrian street whilst sitting in the window seats sipping tea.
The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful.
Massive shout out to Jenny who organised our taxi to and from the hotel. She was brilliant.
Sorry. Would have give this hotel another 5 for comfort but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Was very hard and lumpy. We didn’t complain to be honest, but hope they get replaced before long. Shame. Because everything else was perfect.

Nicely Located in the middle of the pedestrian street, walking distance to the scenic area. There are 2 Winghotel and not many taxi drivers are willing to drive in. Please just insisted them to drive in, they can, only big bus can’t.
I like how detailed they decorated the rooms for the kids, and bringing all the stuff required by the kids. My kids love the peppa pig theme
They have soft and hard pillows. Very detailed oriented.
There is washing machine and dryer.
They have maps to show where to eat good food and to the scenic spots
Some taxi drivers say they couldn’t drive in. This is not true.

I liked the location itself and also the hotel room was nice and clean.
I had a very!!! Loud room facing to the street, it was so loud i thought the Windows are still open but they just didnt have any Noise cancellation. I couldn't sleep when I wanted to, i talked to reception but they told me no chance to move the room as theyre fully booked. Then I talked to the hotel Manager and she said sorry for that but still it didnt make my Problem any better. She also suggested finding another hotel but this wasnt an option for me as I had to get up early in the morning for a long travel day and I just wanted to sleep. I think they should tell people before booking how loud it can get from the Shopping street!! Other than that the hotel was decent and rooms were clean.
Very centrally located to the pedestrian street with lots of food choices. Walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill and also to catch the 4 lakes, 2 river night cruise. Also can walk to the twin towers which look beautiful when lit up at night.
The room was spacious and there was a lovely sitting corner out in the front to drink tea and people
watch.
You can access their washing machines and dryers if you need to wash clothes.
Because it was very central to the pedestrian street, it was not very sound proof. So noise travels from outside into the room. So noise generally quietens from 11pm but can start as early as 7-8am. Just be prepared to bring ear plugs.

Vor allem diese wunderbar Frau Jenny die mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Jenny hat die Schiffsreise auf dem Fluss Lee organisiert, sie hat alle Taxis organisiert auch als ich mit meiner e-simcard Probleme hatte half sie und ihr Gatte auch!
Beide sind wunderbare Menschen.steigen Sie im Wing Hotel als Europäer ab und ihr China Urlaub ist ein Erlebnis!😃😃😃
