Ideal für ein paar Tage Skiferien , optimale Lage ,aber nicht mehr im Zimmer 220

Perfekte Lage, super feine Küche -> exquisit, riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück, alles frisch , Wellness Bereich und Schwimmbad neu und sehr schön

Cons:

Unser Zimmer 220, sehr klein , uralter Schrank, Schlüssel halten kaum, keine diskrete Beleuchtung am Nachtisch zum Lesen, Beleuchtung insgesamt verbesserungsbedürftig
Bad sehr eng, alte Badewanne, WC zwischen Badewanne und Waschbecken eingeklemmt, nicht mal Platz für WC Rollen Halter, wirklich veraltet, nicht konform für heutige Verhältnisse und den bezahlten Preis…

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, war für den Zimmerpreis sehr überschaubar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit 23 m2 hatte auf 9 m2 eine Höhe von 140 cm bis 90 cm.

Der Spa-Bereich schöner großer Swimmingpool Sauna geschmackvoll und sauber, Personal sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend

Cons:

Das Menü Abendessen war optisch 1A klasse, jedoch sehr fad ohne Gewürze, als würde man immer das gleiche essen. Dagegen Nachtisch war immer gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich genug Gemüse und Obst für jedermann etwas, das Brot sehr lecker.

The staff were very friendly and helpful Views from bedroom and dining room spectacular Beautiful lounge

The bar was rarely manned it was very quiet dispite being one of the busiest weeks of the season I would be the only person in the huge bar area I’d be the only person eating breakfast at 10.30 only 2 tables eating in the evening Set menu very expensive if you don’t book full board Al a carte expensive and not very extensive
The bedroom much smaller than photos show Looking tired needs new doors on bathroom and cupboards or painting Shower over bath with nylon curtain hard to operate

Es waren alles im allem ein paar schöne Tage in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage neben dem Skilift ist perfekt.
Das Service ist Top.
Alles sehr Sauber und wenn auch wenn es ein älteres Haus ist, ist alles gut erhalten bzw. saniert worden.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich ist es zu kalt.
Die Pooltemperatur ist sehr niedrig.
Wenn ich in Österreich auf Urlaub fahre gehe ich normal davon aus das das Personal zumindest ein bisschen Deutsch kann, das war leider nicht der Fall.

Отличное СПА и бассейн. Вкусные завтраки, правда немного однообразные (можно заказать 4 блюда по меню + небольшой шведский стол)
Понравилось что всегда есть свежевыжатые соки, так же есть шампанское, которое как-будто бы специально скрыто в Глубоком ведре под полотенцем, при этом для него нет бокалов рядом (ощущение что его ставят там для галочки, но делают максимально все что бы его никто не пил). Уверен что истинные причины другие, но некоторым гостям может так показаться.
Уютный интерьер отеля как в лобби, ресторане, так и в коридорах

Cons:

Очень холодно в номере! Температура за окном во время моего проживания была -18 градусов. В номере при этом было 18-19 градусов. Номер был с теплыми 2мя отдельными одноместными одеялами, под которыми в свою очередь было жарко. В итоге я простудился и несколько дней катался на лыжах с больным горлом и соплями.
SKIROOM содержит шкафчики, в них есть отапливаемые штыри для ботинок, но вентиляция с улицы настолько мощная что утром одеваешь холодный ботинок и еще 30 минут греешь его своей ногой.
В отеле отсутствует секьюрити, в один вечер в баре были 2 достаточно пьяных гостя, не проживающих в отеле, они громко разговаривали и вели себя вызывающе, один далее просто уснул на диване, откинув голову назад. Разбиралась с ними молодая девушка бармен и никто не пришел ей на помощь, выглядело это ужасно.
