Modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Zimmer modern eingerichtet, ausreichend groß, sehr nett: die Leseecke auf dem Fensterbrett (Hygge!),
Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sogar mit spezieller Ecke für vegan/glutenfrei etc.
Hotel gut zu erreichen vom Hbf, in die Innenstadt läuft man 15 Minuten

It was generally very good. Sustainable is an ongoing topic, I hope it will be more balanced.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is top-notch. Everything one might need is within a 10-minute radius, and public transportation greatly covers the commute.
The staff was super-friendly too. Rooms have big windows and nice AC systems.

Cons:

I didn't quite understand the sustainability topic. Cleaning during the stay is very limited, and the room is not vacuumed or washed (as there's no carpet) during the interim cleaning. Only on checkout. As I was told, this is done, or not done, to be precise, to save energy. However, all the lights are on in the hotel 24\7 and despite Scandic's own rules, the cleaners changed all the towels, not only those that were on the floor.
Anyway, I am not against sustainability, up for it. But so far, I got the vibe that the hotel chain is just cutting costs and boosting profits by not doing some standard things. So if you are ready to live in a room that is not being cleaned during your stay, go ahead.

Also, it seems that a kettle, cups and a chair are now luxury items, as they were not present in the Standard room. You just have 2 empty glasses.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr gut, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 40 min. In der Nähe des Hotels sind viele gute Restaurants.

A pleasant and comfortable stay, I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The king room was so spacious and comfortable, we loved it. Amazing location and good value for Copenhagen standards.

Cons:

Staff kind of keep to themselves rather than going above and beyond but I guess that’s the nature of these modern DIY hotels
