Modern hotel with a great breakfast well located for less touristy restaurants
Pros:

Good location with nice restaurants round about. Brilliant breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

An oversight on our part not realising a room refresh had to be arranged the night before and we were only given half a toilet roll for a 3 night stay. This was rectified with a visit to reception.

overpriced hotel with poor customer service
Pros:

no cleaning of room's not even changing towels for 4 days. No water, or any welcoming things in the room. on the other hand very proactive on deactivating the room key at noon. from the elevator to the room the distances are huge. definitely overpriced

location is good, busy area outside.

Very good value for money, clean, Scandi minimalism
Pros:

Clean, modern, all necessary amenities are available, quiet. Very good rate and great location.

Cons:

4pm is a rather late check-in but I understand it is a large property.

Das Frühstücksangebot übertraf alle Erwartungen! Was will man noch mehr!
Die Bar bot diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten an und war gemütlich
Das dritte Bett befand sich auf einem eingezogenen Boden oberhalb des Doppelbettes - 3. Person war wie im Séparé

Cons:

Die MA der Reception sollten mehr informiert sein um diese weiter zu geben.

Un séjour parfait, idéalement situé pour visiter Copenhague
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui coche toutes les cases pour une visite réussie de la ville.

Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour explorer Copenhague. L'accès aux transports en commun (train, métro, etc.) est très facile. De plus, on trouve de très bons restaurants juste derrière l'arche de l'hôtel, ce qui est extrêmement pratique le soir !

Chambre très confortable : Rien à redire sur la chambre, la literie est super et garantit de très bonnes nuits de sommeil. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la grande salle de bain équipée d'une belle douche.

Un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel : Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui est tout simplement délicieux et très complet.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
