Veldig fint hotell, komfertable senger og greit med plass. Kunne blant annet vært en ting annerledes som jeg skriver om.

Syns oppholdet var veldig fint og greit.

Cons:

De i resepsjonen nektet og legge hotell rommet på mitt navn enda det var jeg som hadde booket det, det kom bare på vennen min. Dette går fint, men hadde jo for eksempel blitt problematisk om vennen min ikke ble med. Heisen funket veldig dårlig/ var veldig treg til tider så det var litt frustrerende, og til slutt syns jeg det var litt dumt at rom nummerne var satt helt feil. Gjorde sånn at vi første dagen og andre måtte bruke ganske god tid på å finne rommene.

Pros:

Van de luchthaven tot het hotel was het een half uur(eerst kwartiertje met de trein tot centraal station en dan een kwartier stappen) dus perfecte ligging .rustige buurt en op 200 m van het meatdistrict waar talloze eet en drinkgelegenheden zijn.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

Fantastic location and friendly service staff.
Pros:

Excellent location being 10-15 mins walk from the central station and a 7 min walk to the nearest train station. It is also next to the meatpacking district with a wide range of restaurants and food shops so there’s no lack of dining options. Check in and check out was also seamless and had the option to do it online. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Toiletries were provided though it would have been nice with body lotion included as well. Everything was well provided for and we would return again if we could.

Cons:

Reinigung erfolgt on demand und muss 24h vorher angemeldet werden Reinigung war ungenügend, 24h vorher melden finde ich eine zu lange Frist. Man sollte am Morgen eine Reinigung beanspruchen können

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Die LAGE zum Bahnhof und zu den Öffis war günstig. Das Hotel sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal freundlich, ich konnte mich trotz fehlender Dänischkenntnisse gut verständigen

Below Expectations for the Price
Pros:

The stay was disappointing overall. While the room itself was adequate, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. Upon arrival, basic amenities such as soap and tea bags were missing from the room. The QR code provided for contacting the hotel did not work, and when I tried to obtain the missing items, I was asked to come downstairs myself rather than having them brought to the room.

This was particularly frustrating because I was dealing with a knee injury at the time. In addition, there were recurring banging noises that affected the comfort of the stay.

None of these issues alone would have ruined the visit, but together they gave the impression of a lack of attention to guest comfort and service. I expected a better experience for the price paid.
