unacceptable accomodations
Pros:

Did not stay at the hotel, because this facility was not a 5 stars hotel as committed when the room was booked, this facility is only a truck stop in the middle of "no where". the so called hotel must refund me the full amount $361.00 that was charged on my credit card ASAP.
