Arium Hotel

Отель нам очень понравился - чистый, уютный, близко к центру, и в то же время, тихо и спокойно. Очень доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, быстрая процедура регистрации и выезда. От метро расположен не очень далеко, так, что прогулка была комфортной, в непосредственной близости много различных кафе и ресторанов, в хорошую погоду можно прогуляться до Красной площади пешком. Нам отель понравился, отличное соотношение цены и качества, с удовольствием приедем туда еще.

Hotel needs some renovation, especially carpets need to be replaced. Sound insulation is not good, either. There were some noisy people staying at the hotel, and nobody said nothing to them. They misbehaved for couple of days in a row. I don't think this hotel can be rated a four star hotel.

Место расположения отличное, персонал весь отзывчивый (но надо дергать, что бы выдали положенное), но очень доброжелательные все!Радовало, что каждый день пополняли запас питьевой воды.По состоянию отель не тянет на 4 звезды, это 3: на ковре пятна и дыры, у холодильника вместо регулировщика температуры зияла дыра со штырем( номер был типа повышенного комфорта)телек не работал, но как я и сказала-персонал отзывчивый,стоит попросить….О ванной комнате: плесень,кран/душ тек, не закрывался.В целом плюсы и минусы уравновешивают ровно пополам, поэтому впечатление среднее, нейтральное.

Good location. Walking distance to red square. Clean room. Got upgraded as part of Expedia VIP membership. Helpful staff. It’s a bit on the inside from the road but can be found easily. Small breakfast options but enough for us.

This is a well-managed hotel in an excellent location. I was surprised to see many of the famous street names nearby. The room was not very large but convenient and exceptionally clean. Travelers who value a hygienic shower will be happy to know that there is one in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was superb, especially considering my experiences with other hotels in Russia. The staff was friendly and well-trained. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants located nearby. You can use local taxi services available via the Yandex taxi app for cheap and easy transportation within the city.

Hidden gem in center of Moscow. Polite staff, clean and modern rooms. There are 2 waters, slippers, safe box and other great stuff in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. 7-10 min walk to the subway, very close to Red Square and other sightseeings. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised. Quick response to email query. Attentive reception. Reasonably sized room, with tea/coffee and minibar. Good bed. Adequate breakfast with enough choice. About 10 minutes walk from metro, some shops nearby, such as supermarkets.
Pity that they replace towels that are hung up for reuse, but many hotels are guilty of not following their environmental policy.
Good value for money. I would consider staying again.

Un très bon séjour passé à Moscou dans cet hotel.
Il est bien positionné, à deux pas de l'avenue Tverskia (la principale de Moscou) et à deux pas de deux stations de métro.
Service de qualité.
Un superbe buffet pour le petit déjeuner.
Personnel à disposition et sympathique.
Le plus, un service de navette de et vers les aéroports (à réserver par mail).

This hotel is tucked away down an alley way , and not impressive from the outside.

There is about 5 steps to get into the hotel , so if you have a disability you will need help.

Rooms were Ok, the air conditioner was problematic,but clean and quiet.

Breakfast was very good and staff friendly.

The room was clean and spacious however during our stay there was no hot water for one day and feel for the price we paid his is unacceptable

Hotel is very well kept & modern. Rooms are big enough with very comfortable beds & have very good facilities - fresh bottled water & toiletries daily. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices & fresh food. Location is roughly 10 min walk to metro & 30min walk to red square. There are several very good bars with good food & drink choices very close by. Would recommend stay here. Just be aware it’s located down an alley so it’s easy to walk past it.

I expect better than it was according to the pics of their website. It's a normal 4 stars hotel: clean and correct rooms (small rooms as now it's usual in new hotels). The buffet at breakfast was also normal (small variety and correct quality - but not good coffee -).
Staff is kind but I would not repeat. I will try another option.

Good location, friendly staff and good value for money based on Moscow pricing. Only problem through the stay was a cold shower one morning, but other than that very good.

Gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen, ruhig im Hof. Personal freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut.

La verdad encontré que este hotel es excelente la relación precio calidad es de verdad muy buena, queda a 5 minutos en uber (Yandex) de la plaza roja, la pieza excelente, ordenada limpia y remodelada o nueva, el desayuno muy completo y rico, el personal del mismo hotel muy servicial, un día llovió y nos ofrecieron paraguas del hotel, la cocina para comer por las noches muy buena, la verdad este hotel deja la vara alta a muchos otros de su categoría.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene, la colazione è completa ma mancano le torte.
