Velmi příjemný pobyt s dětmi
Pros:

Rodinný hotel s přátelskou atmosférou, kde jsou děti výtany. Sauna s ochlazovacím bazénkem, bazén a výřivka s hračkami a pomůckami pro děti. Velká dětská herna i hřiště venku. Výborné snídaně a úžasný výhled ráno nebo večer při západu.

Cons:

Nic zásadního, jen by udělalo radost kromě županu pro dospělé i poncho pro děti :)

Pros:

Místo bylo nádherné, personál milý, snídaně bohatá, v restauraci skvěle vaří. Bazén je malý, ale s protiproudem, wellnes bylo po celodenních túrách moc prima. Mohu jen doporučit, určitě se vrátím.

Pros:

Fantastic for cross country skying. Very tasty food, they have their own beer brewery called Fries! Wellness with Fin sauna for children and adults. Barmens are very nice to everybody. All was really good. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Beautiful location and super nice staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Everything was perfect. We Really loved the location, perfect for walks in mountains or skiing. It is a quiet hotel, perfectly suitable for famillies. What was above expected standard was level of service in restaurant. Each member of the staff was super nice, even when the restaurant was very busy.

Pros:

Food is terrible. Wellness is managed poorly, you only can book a slot for you, there are like 5 evening slots and 30 rooms. That leaves you without this experience. Makes no sense as the capacity of sauna is 10 people.

Great view and location in good for beautiful walks and rest.
The rooms are clean without defects in better equipment. You feel at home here.

High quality hotel with higher expectations from food and beer.
Pros:

Hotel room - nothing to complain, View from the window was supeeerb.
Food - running advertisements for local suppliers indicates food in high quality. Considering this I would expect better then we received.
Waiters - very nice and friendly.
Unfortunately very disappointed by local beer.
Breakfast - standard or even better then that.
Wellness - ok.

It was wonderful time. Clear room and hotel. Super restaurant. Baby friendly. Very good breakfast with local products. Friendly staff. Super location for skiing with kids. Beautiful view of the Giant Mountains. I have to go back there with my family..

Great mountain hotel
Pros:

We like the hotel because it is comfortable. It has great location for cross country skiing. The food is excellent, especially buffet breakfast and a la carte dinners. Another advantage is that it is remote, which allows for a very relaxed feel.

Luxury in the middle of Krkonoše mountains
Pros:

Amazing service on the top of the mountain! Great views, very tasty food. I can only recommend - especially for families with kids. Also perfect for downhill and cross country skiing and runners. Quite place in the middle of Krkonoše mountains...
