La tarifa de booking no era la real
Nothing, these people are crooks and racists.
The employees here are rude and discriminated against my wife's family. I (from the USA) booked a stay for 3 rooms over 6 nights back in December for me and my wife (Venezuelan), her parents and 12yr old sister, and her brother, his wife, and their 2yr old toddler son.
I contacted the property beforehand letting them know that 4 adults and 2 children will be arriving about 4 hours before my wife and I, and to please get them situated. When my wife's family showed up, the hotel staff refused to check them in, and when we called the front desk to figure out what was going on, they hung up on us. Twice. We ended up having to find another hotel while juggling a missed flight connection at the Bogota Airport. We are certain that it was because her family are from Venezuela because they denied service once my mother-in-law presented her passport. They also serviced other guests, no problem. Before they hung up on us, they told us to cancel the reservation, and when I did, they refused to waive the cancellation fee. This resulted in me having to go back in forth with my back for the next 2.5 months to get my money back, which was around $500 in cancellation fees. Additionally, I had to spend about $400 more on the other hotel down the street because everywhere else was booked up.
It is crazy to me that a hotel of all places is so blatantly xenophobic to people that are no different than they are. And to make matters worse they tried to cheat me out of $500 in cancellation fees!
The management here is corrupt and disgusting. Take your business literally anywhere else and you’ll be happy that you did.

El tema de parqueo aunque es un servicio que ofrecen es limitado, tienes que llegar temprano para tomar un puesto y cubierto solo para vehículos pequeños
Es un hotel lindo, la terraza en el último piso es muy agradable.
La habitación completamente cerrada no permite ventilación natural y el aire acindicionado estaba fallando. El café que ofrecen desafortunadamente no es buen café y es sobretostado, si bien a los estadounidenses, que no vi muchos, les gusta el café muy tostado, deberían tener buen café de la Sierra de tostión media.
