Amazing breakfast and service
Pros:

Love the breakfast and the service. Variety of selections in the breakfast and I love the on that chef he does an amazing job. Rooms are pretty clean and neat. Stuff is mostly friendly and their cookies at the check-in is amazing. I will even come for a cookie. :)

Terrible hotel to rest
Pros:

Airport hotel clients’ aim is to have a rest. An airport hotel has to assure a silent and comfortable room. For this hotel it is impossible. There is a sky lounge at the top of the hotel and there was a karaoke event. Although my room is at the fifth floor,it felt like that they were singing in my room. And it ended at 11pm. It was a nightmare.

I have stayed many times in this hotel and I really like it. Rooms are well equipped with perfect mattresses and proper work stations. Stuff is friendly and helpful. One time I had a noisy air conditioning fan and changed my room quickly. Well equipped gym with proper sized swimming pool and jacuzzi

The hotel is excellent, professional staff, always ready to help, just they need to smile little bit more they look very serious, the hotel is well maintained , the room is clean and the amenities are good, I had an amazing view from the room , the food is fresh and delicious but the presentation could be better.

Best Hotel in Moscow
Pros:

I purposely fly with Turkish Airlines just to stay at this hotel. Everyhing is perfect about it. Location , food and staff. My compliments always to the staff. The breakfasts are very good and tailored to order . Staff are always ready to help with anything.

Best SERVICE ever, Thank you Gulruh

Stopped by DoubleTree by Hilton unexpectedly on my birthday. So was alone as no plans. Bless and the BIGGEST EVER Thank you to GULRUH Kerimowa... who surprised me with her friendliness, socialism, who heard me when i mentioned it was my bday. I was going out and noticed her approaching me with a cake and played a "happy bday song on her mobile". She lit the candle and wished me a beautiful bday wish, she truly suprised me and made my night, I couldn't thank her enough! It's amazing to know we have such wonderful souls who not only work great but are also human and natural. Гигантское спасибо!!! I will remember this night for EVER!!! Thank you Sooooo much! Hilton you have a great recruit thank you too for her!

Красивый отель, вежливый персонал, не сказать что всё чисто конечно. В номере лежал нестиранный халат. Когда попросила убраться в номере, прихожу, всё убрано, но мусор не выкинули почему то. Пришлось опять просить. При этом выкинули мою зубную щетку. На ресепшене были какие то проблемы со сканированием моего паспорта. 2 раза я приносила паспорт чтоб они решили эту проблему, ждала по 15 минут. С маленьким ребёнком на руках. И этого было недостаточно, позже они мне прислали в номер письмо о том чтобы я опять пришла на ресепшн с паспортом. Завтрак за 1600 руб конечно оставляет желать лучшего . Считаю это очень дорого, совсем того не стоит.

Très bon hôtel

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport d'affaire de Vnukovo ou j’assistai a une exposition.Tout était parfait, rien a dire, petit déjeuner varié et très bon, chambre confortable personnel discret et agréable.
Je recommande pour les voyageurs en affaire ou tourisme dans cette zone qui est loin du centre.

Pros:

La stanza era confortevole, è stato un po' complicato il check-in perché gli addetti insistevano sulla registrazione precedente (sono anni che viaggio in Russia e non mi è mai capitato,). Colazione ottima. Una bottiglia d'acqua in più in camera non sarebbe stato male.
