Nice little Hotel in city center.
The beach are very close and a lot of restaurants near by (which can be heared).
Very helpful staff.
No Parking at the hotel, but nearby.

Really a nice apartment. Very close to sea and a lot of great restaurants.
Parking is 200 meters away and is a bit expensive.
But anyway 10 stars for the hotel and the location.

5-star friendliness and service from the staff! Quick check-in and check-out. Smiling receptionists and cleaning. Very good appartment 201. One week very pleasant stay due to the kind staff.

Vi återvänder till detta hotell varje år och vi känner oss alltid välkomna. Det ligger vid en gågata med många restauranger och barer, några minuter från strandpromenaden. Rekommenderas varmt!

Struttura molto vicina a locali notturni, quindi impossibile dormire prima delle 3,la mattina tra colazioni dei bar e pulizia della strada non si riesce a dormire

Fin nærhet til strendene. Alt var som forventet. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsom resepsjon.

Fin og moderne leilighet. Ypperlig service og meget hyggelig betjening. Beliggenhet «midt i smørøyet» og kort vei til stranden. Man må regne med noe støy fra restauranter og puber. At det ikke var daglig renhold kom som en overraskelse. Da må man lete lenge på Expedia sin side for å se den informasjonen. Det er ikke overnattingsstedets feil. De gjorde rent en gang på en uke og da fikk vi rene håndklær. Det gikk greit. Ingen balkong, men fransk balkong. Vi hadde et fint opphold.

Hôtel très central peut être un peu trop , très bruyant jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.A part cela , cela peut peut plaire aux personnes qui veulent faire la fête. Le personnel est courtois, souriant , poli.

Appartement propre et calme, malgré le fait d’être situé dans une rue avec bars et restaurants. A 2 mn de la gare. Très commode. Séjour parfait.

Appartement très propre, un peu petit mais bien agencé, et donnant sur l'arrière donc en plein centre de Juan les Pins mais très calme - seule la vue de la terrasse est bof car Parking et immeubles alentours mais on est dans le centre et la vie. Le jeune homme de l'accueil a été adorable et très arrangeant face à nos diverses demandes, c'est une perle, gardez-le !

We enjoyed our stay. The room was not large but included a kitchen space and an outdoor terrace. Everything was clean and comfortable.
We arrived in the evening after the front desk was closed but found it easy to use the entry code to get our room keys. The location was great.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento completo di tutto. Pulizia migliorabile, indicano che accettano American Express ma poi trovano scuse per non accettarla.

Great little spot right in the centre of JLP. I had room 205 (the classic one) which was well equipped and perfect for a solo traveller. The balcony doesn’t get any sun which is a slight frustration but given the central location of the property there are plenty of parks / cafes near by to sit in.
Good value for money and perfectly located near the station, beach, super markets and many cafes / bars / restaurants. I’ll be back!

These apartments are right in the centre of the action in Juan Les Pins, but despite this there is no noise from the streets below. The decoration is immaculate and very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and well-equipped aparthotel right in the heart of lively Juan les Pins. Lots of places on the doorstep to eat and drink and ideal for self-catering too, with a boulangerie around the corner, medium Casino supermarket 1 minute away and a large Casino 3 minutes walk to the Palais des Congrès. Beaches minutes away. Really helpful staff team. Hope to be back soon!

Great Location, Centre of Town, close to Bars & Restaurants. Amelie on Reception is "worth her weight in gold". She delivers 5* Customer Service every day. Very helpful, always on hand and always with a smile to greet you which sounds simple but you'll be surprised how many people working in Customer Service with the general public no longer smile. This is a great base to explore the stunning Cote D'Azur coastline from but the only thing that hindered the experience for us, slightly, was the building work taking place at the back of the hotel. The builders work 7 days a week and start banging from 7am each day. Our balcony looked out onto this. Also, the plumbing system within the hotel needs looking at as every time a toilet was flushed or taps run we could hear this very loudly and very frequently. Maybe someone from the hotel needs to sit in room 205 for a while to understand what we mean. We would definitely return but maybe once the building work is complete. The hotel itself is a great little find! Thank you Amelie.
