Отель не три звазды.
Pros:

Отель не обьяснил ,что добавочное место это раскладушка. И не мешало бы чтоб в душевой кабине был исправлен душ. И парковка платная.

Этот отель бронировали на сайте Hotels.com. Заплатили за "полный пансион", но по приезду на рессепшене показали нам распечатку с сайта .expedia.com там был указан "полупансион" и проигнорировали нашей распечаткой с этого сайта и обедом нас не покормили. Считаю, что это обман со стороны отеля на сайт Hotels.com не дозвонились, так как были праздники и вопрос наш не решили. К тому же отель с бестолковой планировкой, неуютный и уже давно требует ремонта. Ковролин в комнате грязный, сантехника расшатана и старая. Бассейн на крыше очень маленький, комфорт для 3-4 человек, но желающих больше, быстро стал грязным. Завтрак и ужин очень скромный и невкусный из полуфабрикатов. Спасло, что на следующий день раньше времени переехали в другой отель и отлично отдохнули за более низкую цену и в чистом отеле. Никого не отговариваю отдыхать в этом отели, но мы свои выводы сделали

Спасибо. Отель оставил приятные впечатления. Номера чистые красивые. Минусов нет.

Pros:

Все было хорошо, и чистота номера, и питание, пока не столкнулись с сотрудниками бара, которые всем видом и действиями показывают нежелание работать. Так же не понравилось, что при заезде возникают проблемы с оплатой через некоторые сайты(друзья оплатили номер, указав 2х взрослых и ребёнка, но при заезде оказалось, что за ребёнка ещё придётся доплатить) и такие случаи не единичны.
