The staff was superb as was the property. The owner was super helpful and the view from all points is off the charts. Breakfast was great and served as desired each day. Beds were very comfortable and the location on the quiet south end of the island made for restful nights.

The views and rooms are amazing. The staff is top notch!! We were unfortunately on the wrong side of the mountain so the traffic was quite noisy.

The property is beautiful with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the hillside towns of Fira and Oia. It’s a bit remote, but we found that to be a relaxing break from the more crowded towns. Staff was great and the breakfast was incredible.

The staff was amazing. They helped us organize the cruise and transportation. The guy that works from 3 pm - midnight was extra helpful and engaging.

My wife and I just visited for our vacation. The villa we stayed in was outstanding. We had an amazing included breakfast delivered to us every morning with more food than we could even eat, a private jacuzzi pool, and a beautiful view of the caldera. Phillip and his team went above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of, from bringing our bags to our rooms to clean towels every day, we were truly blown away with our stay. Next time we find ourselves in Santorini we will be staying at Cape 9.

Amazing stay at Cape 9!!! The Villa was beautiful and clean and the staff were so helpful with everything from car rental, to where to go for food, and also booking activities. They made us feel comfortable and gave us the best honeymoon experience!! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! I will definitely be coming back. Quiet and clean area. Perfect for families or even just for people that want to relax and rewind. Staff is super friendly and there is plenty of dining options in the area. The view is spectacular! Definitely recommend it!

This property is amazing. The location is perfect and the staff are excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful and spacious villa with amazing staff and host - Katerina was awesome and went out of her way to make us feel at home! Breakfast was included with our stay which is a real bonus but there are several bakeries on the way to Fira if you hire a car. A car is a must as the Villa is about 45minutes from Oia and 25minutes from Fira. Katerina arranged a car rental for us and they dropped and picked up the car from the Villa. The rental company gave us a free transfer to the airport. Transfers to and from the port or hotel can be very expensive - around 50€. So if your are flying in, consider getting a car rental from the airport to avoid transfer fees. Also note, parking can be an issue in Oia and Fira. This is the perfect place to say if you want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists in Oia and Fira. Also, although dining options are less In Akrotiri, they are waaaaay cheaper. We paid 170€ for a mediocre lunch In Oia and 80€ for a fantastic dinner in Akrotiri - I think it was called Mistelli.

Our stay with Cape 9 couldn’t have been better! From the time we arrived to the time we checked out the staff was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable about great local recommendations.
