Pros:

The impeccable service, the delicious breaskfast selection, the afternoon tea, fresh fruit every day in our room, beautiful and spacious room, fabulous shower, Dyson hairdryer in the room, great swimming pool.

Cons:

It would have been perfect if it had a small gym.

Pros:

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room felt warm and cozy, and we really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. The toiletries provided were of excellent quality, adding a nice touch to the stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes.

Une perle rare !
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, au calme avec service parfait. L’emplacement est super aussi pour visiter le vieux quartier.
Le thé de l’après-midi offert tous les jours ainsi que le mini bar rempli chaque jour également gratuitement, c’est exceptionnel. Aucun défaut, vraiment magnifique !

Un bijou au cœur de Chiang Mai.

Tout était simplement parfait. Un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons pu séjourner en Thaïlande et ailleurs !

it was a nice stay but overall don't think it is worth the price tag.
Pros:

the hospitality at this hotel was memorable. The location of the hotel was in old city and walkable to anything within 15-20 minutes. the staff were super helpful

Cons:

The bodhi suite pool room 404 had pigeon droppings inside and around our pool including the steps leading up to the pool and on the seat. We also had an ant infestation, they moved us to another room for a night (regular pool suite) however aside from a complimentary dinner meal we did not receive any other compensation

Pros:

On First impressions The Inside House is a cross between a colonial Manor House, a 5 star hotel and a luxury restaurant but yet with a relaxed feel like taking a bath on a Sunday afternoon with a nice candle and a glass of something.

The service is typically Thai, polite, gracious and first class, never expecting anything in return (except for a tiny tip which goes down well) like a nice cup of tea! The music in the restaurant is bizarre alpine accordion style, like it’s snowing outside.

Talking of tea, you get it free every afternoon along with cake, lots of it so be prepared for a calorie catastrophe, but well worth it.

The bedrooms have character the shower is as good as any thunderstorm and the roll top bath luxurious.

And then there’s the elephants, those cheeky chaps make this place a Dumbo paradise, they are salt and pepper shakers, in the bedroom, bathroom and reception like there little trunks can’t wait to see you again.

A joy to visit, a dreamy breakfast, a relaxing pool surrounded by ferns and flowers in the middle of the ChiangMai carnage, count me in.

Amazing
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The afternoon tea was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was great. Lots of local restaurants around as well. The staff went out if theor way woth good service.

Cons:

The rooms were clean but not spotless. 9 out of 10. So only fault I could find
