Wonderful ..except food in the restaurant.

Hotel has nice embiance . Staff were very attentive and friendly. Polite and professional. Hotel situated at nice location.

Cons:

There’s only one restaurant . Service was good . However, food were slacked . Chef need to be more skillful. I had breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner there continously for three days. However, the food was horrible . Unfortunately it was a bit hard for me to get halal food.

Everything. The hotel is stunning, elegant, peaceful and impeccably clean. Every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their kindness and warmth. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me with beautiful decorations, thoughtful gifts and so many little attentions that made this moment unforgettable. Housekeeping was exceptional, the minibar was refilled every day, and there was always a lovely surprise waiting in my room. On my departure, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast and a sandwich for my journey. This is true hospitality at its finest. Thank you for making me feel so special.

מלון WOW בלב העיר העתיקה . המקום מפנק והצוות יוצא מגדרו כדי שתצאו מרוצים. תמיד מפתיעים לטובה ומגוון פינוקים.אני חושב שהתמונות של החדרים לא מתארות טוב את המציאות שהרבה יותר טובה מהתמונה. כמעט ויתרתי על המלון בגלל זה.

Pros:

The staff was beyond tremendous! Pooh was an add bonus and my travel companion and I still talk about her! The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel definitely had a boutique feel to it.
