ホテルスタッフは日本語も英語もほぼ通じ無いので、中国に不慣れな日本人の観光目的であればお薦めしない。
建物は立派で、室内外の作り、装飾なども安っぽさは感じないが、調度、備品等が簡素で、ゴージャス感は無い。例えばいす、デスク。クローゼットの中もハンガーはあるが照明が無く暗い。ガウンなど部屋着も無い。冷蔵庫も無く、飲料水も有料の物しか置いてない。
白雲山の麓という事で、景観に期待して来たが、典型的な中国の地方街路にあって、観光拠点には向かない。
