A relaxing retreat
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The biscuits and ceramic teapot and teacups in the room were a nice touch to elevate the experience. Appreciated the free shuttle bus. The hot spring bath tub in our room was clean, big and easy to use.

Visiting the Hot Spring Museum and the Thermal Valley was a walkable distance from the hotel, although we took a route which was steep at times, downhill. Definitely recommend taking the free shuttle bus back to the hotel.

Cons:

The food at the buffet breakfast was average.

il personale in un hotel di questo livello deve parlare di piu l'inglese (le persone alla colazione NON parlano inglese per nulla), il buffet della colazione è poco adatto ai viaggiatori occidentali, yogurt deve essere di migliore qualità, mancano granola, muesli, noci, mandorle, la scelta della frutta è minima.

4.能夠直接使用香港插頭，不用轉插；亦有usb叉電，非常方便👍🏻
5.每天提供四罐迷你汽水、兩支水、四包小零食、兩塊曲奇，很貼心
6.泳池旁下午開始開放免費小食和飲品區，很棒👍🏻
7.每天可以免費玩一次VR game，特別的體驗👍🏻
8.自助早餐雖然款式不算太多，但質素不錯👍🏻

1.接駁車原來有兩款型號，但因為出捷運車站乘坐大型號，故回酒店時沒留意轉了小型號，結果沒有上到，被迫在捷運車站等了45分鐘，希望能多加展示接駁車的樣子（有兩款不同型號），讓第一次入住的客人知悉
2.接駁車停泊在捷運站的位置不在停車指示牌下，讓人沒有為意那輛車是所有住客都可以上的接駁車，故這也是沒有上到車而要多等45分鐘的原因，希望能停泊在停車指示牌下或有特別識別，方便第一次入住的客人
3. 企缸的位置可多加一個花灑固定器在上方，使得可站着淋浴就更好

Understated luxury

スタッフの方の接客が本当に素敵になってました。とても気に入っているのでまた来ます！

●今回2回目の利用です。今回、スタッフの方の笑顔での接客がとても印象に残りました。ポーターの方、ドアを開けてくださる方、そしてカウンターでチェックインの際の女性スタッフの方、みなさん笑顔でとてもフレンドリー、親切に接してくださいました。台湾在住なんですがなかなかこういう接客はないので、さすが5つ星だな～と感じました。（到着してすぐの印象って、すごく大切ですよね。）
●プール併設のBarのスタッフの方も、とにかくスタッフみなさんとても親切で素敵です！
●お部屋のアメニティの飲み物とお菓子（全部美味しい）が豊富でうれしいです。

Cons:

●部屋のテーブルの清掃がイマイチです。
テーブル上にシミがたくさんあったので「もう落ちないものなのかな？」と思いつつ、自分でウエットティッシュで吹いたら全部落ちました。しっかり清掃してほしいです。
●細かい事なんですが、お部屋の花が造花なのがすっごく残念だな～と思ってます。朝食会場のように生花だったら、印象が爆上がりです。生花を各お部屋に置くのは大変だと思うのだけど、造作を置くなら絵などに代えた方がまだ印象が良いなって思います。

Pros:

The environment is quiet and the air is fresh. The staff members are friendly, professional, prompt, and ever willing to help. Breakfast provides good spread and tastes good. The hotspring facilities are clean and of good standards.

Cons:

The hotel is up the hill and quite a walk from the MRT station. Shuttle service only runs once an hour.
