It was okay to stay for a night.
Pros:

Location is good but hotel entrance twoards reception from the basement parking is such a turn off because it is not cleaned.

Cons:

Old furniture, old bed and switches, very old towel, no warm water.

The property was clean tidy the staff met all our needs, Ammara offered exceptional service and went over and beyond our needs, Ammara went the extra mile, she made our stay very comfortable and a credit to the Grand Millennium Hotel.

Lovely hotel and great staff
Pros:

The service was great , lovely reception lady Amara very helpful straight forward checking in and out .
Great room service

Cons:

The shower facilities was poor no hot water , shower water wetting all the bathroom facility.
