Herbal day in my experiences, our life four star like this

What they show on website totally opposite no clean room. The bedsheet is a broken smell hot water problem.

Lovely hotel and great staff
Pros:

The service was great , lovely reception lady Amara very helpful straight forward checking in and out .
Great room service

Cons:

The shower facilities was poor no hot water , shower water wetting all the bathroom facility.

I regret Grand millennium Hotel Lahoren
Pros:

Staff in general was Good, humble and dutiful. Reception was rude.

Cons:

Cleaning was so ordinary. I felt like I was on previous guest's used linens. Towels were well torn from edges. White linens were yellowish in look.
Bathroom with dim lights looked strange and were in need of deep cleaning stage.

A convenient inexpensive stopover..

The location, staff was very kind bed was good

Pros:

There is nothing a single service in this hotel when I check in the room the room condition was very dirty I owned call the hotel sweeper and clean the room

Cons:

I book a hotel for 2 days I mean that anyone was not there to asked for service if I want anything I will call four times or five times for everything
