Stylish, and the room was great. Location is exceptional, and the breakfast was cooked really nicely!
The overall experience was ok. We came back one evening to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned.
The bar that is advertised wasn’t working through our stay, and they didn’t have any bottles of soft drinks or beer to offer instead (despite the fact that there must be a store somewhere from which to refill the minibars?)
Staff slightly inexperienced currently, so maybe the overall experience will improve for guests in the future

Polite staff at the reception with their outstanding service and support, they even press the elevator button for the guests, this is something that I have never ever experienced it in my entire life, I am a regular traveler due to my work requirement, I have never seen such a service before, I personally congratulate the Botique hotel staff and the management
3. The young staff at the breakfast, they were also amazing and very professional in their service and handling the breakfast, they showed that they were up to standards even beyond the standards.

Bedroom was very small with very little storage for a 5 night stay. Cramped. Also one day our room was still not cleaned by 4 pm when we’d been out all day.

De ligging is fantastisch, kan bijna niet beter; op loopafstand van alles wat leuk is in Kopenhagen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst 's morgens vroeg konden we gelijk een van de drie kamers in. Prima.
Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt; geen buffet maar een soort keuzesysteem met een aantal opties, en als je iets meer wilde moest er bijbetaald worden. Mijn vrouw eet glutenvrij en dat was nergens in Kopenhagen een probleem, behalve bij het hotel; zij kon bijna niets eten en er was geen enkele aanpassing, ook niet de tweede dag. Dat viel wat tegen. De ontbijtruimte is ook te klein, er was beide dagen niet genoeg ruimte voor de gasten. Het 'overschot' werd naar de wijnkelder verwezen waar het nogal donker is.
In de kamer was airco die niet merkbaar werkte maar wel veel lawaai maakte. Ik heb lang gezocht naar een manier om die uit te zetten maar dat bleek alleen te kunnen door de receptie te vragen dat te doen, zelf uitzetten ging niet.
Really excellent hotel, lovely room with everything you'd need (including a steamer for your clothes). Breakfast was also amazing!
