Pros:

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a short visit (only one night), but we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Copenhagen. It was perfectly located close to tourist attractions and Metro stops. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Pros:

En general tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, las habitaciones eran limpias, cómodas y con lo necesario. Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo de la recepcionista, que nos atendió de maravilla y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno estaba delicioso. La ubicación del hotel era excelente, se podía llegar a todas partes andando.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó de la habitacion fue que no hubiera separación física entre la ducha y el resto del baño.

Amazing stay and great staff but your financial data is not safe
Pros:

Great location and a wonderful base to explore Copenhagen from. Really well kept and fantastic staff. The food was also really great a breakfast.

Cons:

They lost my data and scammers contacted me. They have never come back to me with how they managed to lose my data. I was contacted on the Whattsapp twice by someone pretending to be from the hotel reception seeking money. I suspect a staff member must have passed our details to scammers, or been the scammer or lastly they may have been hacked.

Beliggenhed , seng , badeværelses og sæbe/ shampoo. Baren i underetagen

Cons:

Skulle vente 5-7 minutter da vi kom da der overhovedet ikke var personale- kl var 17 hvor det er typisk indtjekning. Og morgenmaden var lidt småligt at man skal betale ekstra for en omelet på et 5 stjernet hotel.

Staff were so helpful, and perfect location.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, best thing about this hotel was definitely the location.

Cons:

We had a couple of issues with the shower, it was blocked, and gave off a bad smell. The staff at the hotel soon moved us to a better room.
