If you have dollars, do not stay at this hotel!
Pros:

I flew into Entebbe early in the early morning and the hotel knew I was coming in at 4AM. The hotel is suppose to be a 24 hotel, when I arrived the attendant was not there. The guard had to call him and I waited for 20 minutes until he arrived.
He then asked me to pay for the early arrival in cash which was half of the amount for a day stay. So I gave him 2 NEW 20 dollar bills and I asked for a receipt, he said I would receive it tomorrow.
So on my last day, the conceige told me that the bank would not receive my 2 twenty dollar bills and I needed to give another type of payment. I was enraged!
Come to find out, the night attended switched my NEW twenties with 2 OLD twenties. The bank would not receive dollar bills past certain date.
So, I did not feel safe at this hotel! I was hurt and I told the Conceige that they need to fire him! I also said that I would give a review, to give people a heads up of how Ivys Hotel treats their customers.
