Well-located and good sized rooms, would recommend.
Pros:

Good size room and bathroom; the lady who greeted us at reception was very helpful/friendly, both in terms of checking in and offering ideas/suggestions.

Location was very good, both in terms of proximity to the coast and towards old town.

Pros:

Loved the staff. They help if need. only 15 min walk to the center of the study. We upgraded with 100 euros cus of the noise in our previous room, and got a much better room. Very spacious very clean.

Cons:

Noise. It was soo loud and your good sleep really depends on your neighbours and the traffic. I had to eventually use earplugs. Our neighbour decided to party at 10 pm in the night, and we had to call to staff. The staff came and talked, and it got better.
The bathroom also leaks water into the toilet (both are side by side).
The cleaners clean everything great, but unfortunately they threw our spoons thinking its disposable (it doesn't feel flimpsy but rather good plastic travel spoons). But they replaced this with metal spoons.

Pros:

We had an excellent suite for 4 people. Two rooms and one living room. Very clean, very good attention and the room had all the facilities that we needed on our short stay. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Chania.
