St Petersburg is a great city!
Pros:

Positive overall experience. First problem is that this is marked on the map as in epicentre of the city close to Admiralty station. But this is in reality close to Vladimirskaya station. Address was correctly written as Dostoyesvkogo 15a. This is the true address, but I choose this place from the map listing, therefore I was misled.
Host claim that this was mistaken by expedia-hotels.com.
So be take note of this.
Other than that it was a positive stay. Host let us in early as we arrived early. So all the best about host and his effort. Metro station is 600 metres and you will feel like a local if you reside at tis property.

Endroit bon marché.
Pros:

Endroit très economique, très très loin d’un station de métro. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Seul petit inconvénient, le plancher des chambres est fait de roches qui sortent du sol alors c’est parfois ennuyant lorsque l’on marche

Pour le prix vraiment super.
Pros:

Cette guest house est bien placée par rapport à la gare principale pour aller à Moscou etc.15 mn à pied
Un peu plus loin du centre touristique mais à 7 mn du métro dostovieski. Dans un quartier branché, et très calme.
Certes les chambres sont très petites, une salle de bain commune par contre très grande et un coin cuisine qui n’est qu’un lieu pour chauffer de l’eau mais tout est propre et l’accueil est vraiment super. Ils font tout pour vous être agréable.
