Con gusto.
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, stile moderno in palazzo storico, posizione ottimale per il centro storico, vicino anche alla fermata dei bus e al molo per le imbarcazioni,staff molto cortese e sorridente.

Fantastic location, lovely room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping did a great job. very efficient air con - needed, as it was 38 degrees in Valetta!

Pros:

The staff was exceptional and attentive, the property was spotless, modern, and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

Please consider providing the reception staff with a high chair or, at the very least, an anti-fatigue standing mat. As a former hotel manager, it was painful to see them standing continuously every time I walked past the reception on my way down the stairs.

Central stay in the middle of the action
Pros:

Central location near everything in Valletta. Rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful

Cons:

Just a note that this part of the city is mostly pedestrian which means the taxi or uber won’t be able to drop off at the hotel. It will be at the bottom of the hill if you go all the way to the hotel street or at the top near the Parliament and Upper Garden. Choose the upper location and approach the hotel from the top which is flat and easy to maneuver suitcases. Note that this is an issue with any central Valletta hotel. The Cumberland is easy to access from the top by St John’s co-cathedral.

Pros:

Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Πολύ περιποιημένο δωμάτιο. Άψογη συμπεριφορά και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε.

Cons:

Όταν έκλεισα το δωμάτιο, δεν ήταν ξεκάθαρο στην περιγραφή του ότι ήταν εντελώς τυφλό, δηλαδή χωρίς μπαλκόνι ή έστω ένα παράθυρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ άνετο, αλλά θα ήθελε να προκύπτει από την περιγραφή ότι είναι εσωτερικό, χωρίς κανένα άνοιγμα, χωρίς παράθυρο.
