Lovely staff and great location, but not quite a 5-star hotel
Pros:

The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon surprise – our room was decorated and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was such a sweet touch! The location was excellent, right in the heart of Valletta, with pretty much everything within walking distance. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations. The photos make the hotel look beautiful, modern and well-maintained, but in reality, the room and hotel itself felt rather worn and dated. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special or memorable. Overall, for the price and the 5-star rating, we expected a bit more.

A Warm Welcome and an Excellent Stay in Valletta
Pros:

On arrival, we felt very much at home with a warm welcome from reception. They advised us of local attractions and offered a voucher for the Aqualina leisure facility at The Strand beach area.
The room was spacious and had a fridge with a litre of still water every day of the visit. Both an overhead shower and a hand one as well.
A good selection for breakfast will all food prepared to order and not as a buffet that sited us well.
The location was ideal for the centre of Valletta and a bustling evening that included, on the Friday, a parade of local music and tradition lasting over an hour. That was amazing.
We were able to leave our bags when we checked out due to an evening flight and were offered a shower in the area of the whirlpool.

otelin merkeze yakınlığı şahane oda temiz ve 2 kısı ıcın yeterlı büyüklükte ve konfordaydı.Çalışanlar ilgiliydi.

Cons:

.Sadece biz Türküz ve kahvaltı bizim için önemli onun eksikliğini hissetmiş olabilirz kahvaltıda bir miktar ama büyük bir sorun değil.Tabaklar görüntü olarak özensızdı biraz.

Restaurant et petit déjeuner exécrable, personnel non qualifié pour le service du petit déjeuner
Pros:

L'emplacement et le service en chambre, y compris la tenue des chambres et le confort, restent excellents.

Cons:

Le service du petit déjeuner est catastrophique. Il s'agit de mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et clairement le petit et particulièrement le service au petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau d'un hôtel se disant de catégorie cinq étoiles. Le restaurant donne l'impression d'être une entité indépendante et le fait ressentir aux clients de l'hôtel, les hôtes ne semblent pas y être bienvenus. Ce qui m'a déçu :
- le personnel ne semble pas avoir reçu la formation propre à un cinq étoiles, il se comporte de façon impolie arrogante. Au niveau d'une buvette comme on en trouve ailleurs à Malte voir en deçà
- la cuisine au petit déjeuner est exécrable, les plats sont mals cuisinés
- la salade semble être cuisinée avec les restes dea veille , le café est servi froid. Les pain toasté est dur comme des biscottes
- un buffet est annoncé sur le site internet de l'hôtel mais il n'y en est rien. Il s'agit d'un menu très standardisé

Goede ervaring maar zou voor die prijs beter moeten.
Pros:

Locatie is uitstekend, kan nauwelijks beter! Personeel en hygiëne zijn uitstekend. De kamer is groot en comfortabel.

Cons:

Vooral het ontbijt valt tegen: keuze van een vast menu ipv buffetsysteem en alleen 'zware' gerechten, geen volkorenbrood. De badkamer is piepklein, met bij de wastafel te weinig ruimte voor persoonlijke sanitaire spullen en onvoldoende verlichting.

Cons:

Терраса большая, но приватности нет, абсолютно, сосед постоянно курил и глазел
В номере за 300 евро ночь, ершик туалетный должен быть побогаче
При позднем заезде усталому туристу не очень удобно вводить свои данные при регистрации, это может сделать и работница рецепции, вместо того, чтобы есть и жевать еду, ладно мне еще не столько лет, но смотреть как старые люди мучаются с планшетами было неприятно
