I had been thinking it was more like a hotel, but it was a nice apartment in an apartment complex.

Pros:

Property is great and so are the hosts. The apartment is a bit small for more than 3 adults. Great location and in close vicinity to Auckland. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Melissa is a great host. Easy to arrange timing for check in and easy process for checking out.
The apartment is very new and very clean. Generous host which provided bottled water and snacks for guests.

Two bedrooms apartment that comes with a little balcony. Well equipped apartment and kitchen if you want to do some cooking. Has extra towels for swimming pool as well. Very thoughtful for the needs of traveller to make them feel like home. There are books for kids as well. The only comment I have is probably the fragrance spray in the living area. It is a little too much to my liking even though it smells really nice.

Location wise it is very close and within walking distance to Newmarket main shopping area and nearby cafes. Also very close to train station.

Highly recommended for couple or small families.

On street parking on a first come first serve basis. We do not have problem getting a park during our stay.

Self sufficient in the City
Pros:

Great little apartment easily accomodate 2 Adults 2children And additional bed in the lounge. Emaculately clean and tidy. Full cooking facilities. Access to pool and gym. Only downside is No allocated Parking and so need to hope you can find a park on nearby street.
