Pros:

立地条件は非常によく、台鐵中壢站と桃園捷運の老街渓站のほぼ中間地点で、どちらからも徒歩10分程度。
設備は少し古いですが、フロントの方も親切で、快適な滞在でした。
こんかい、帰国便が台風で欠航となり、1日延泊をお願いしたのですが、快く同じ部屋を提供していただけました。ありがとうございました。

An Old Hotel That Has Passed Its Better Days
Pros:

It’s a very old hotel that hasn’t been maintained well for decades. The room is small, barely has enough room for storing a luggage. The mattress was extremely lumpy, badly in need of replacing. My room was facing the street, sound from the street was loud. Not recommended.

桃園MRT終点の老街渓駅1番出口を出て正面の横断歩道を渡って左に行き、歩いて5分程度です
フロントの女性は日本語が出来ます
CVSは7-11がすぐ近くにあります
中壢夜市は歩くと遠いです。
部屋のコンセントがねじ止めされてなくて使うのに躊躇します(117号室)

本次住宿1人，房型適合1～2人，浴室為淋浴型、無浴缸。整體尚可，唯獨二點：1. 多了張書桌有些佔位。2. 房務人員疑似留下了一根菸。(另類驚喜，但我沒抽菸)

設備などは古いホテルなので仕方ないですが、とても清潔に保たれています。買い物、食事などは不自由しない場所ですし、夜市やMRTまでも徒歩10分くらいです。
スタッフはとても丁寧で親切。日本語をいくらか話せる人もいました。

性價比高，簡單的旅館，值得一住

早班服務人員非常熱情，有禮貌，值得讚賞。老闆應該加薪給她，對客人有禮貌任何問題都詳細回答。英文也不錯 。

房間也非常乾淨，非常滿意，只是我們的房間比較小。 但住一天就剛好 。 但但但入住的人需要留意很多時候是要下午六點後才能check-in 如果有個別需求，請留意是否預訂此房間 。

中壢に息子がいるから、毎回泊まる。
スタッフの皆様とも顔馴染み。
アップグレード、早めin、その時にできる範囲の
おもてなし、ご対応が嬉しい！

空港線MRT老街渓駅から近く、台湾鉄路の中壢駅からも徒歩圏内。
朝ごはんから夜ごはんまで、飲食に困ることはまずない。

とは言え、ここは台湾…この価格…
神経質すぎる人、車の騒音気になる人、
には、向いてないと思う。
