Pros:

Staff were very attentive. Rooms are large and modern. The pool area is fantastic. This is a true boutique hotel, which I enjoyed vs. the large mega properties. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only small complaint I have is that the pool area does not open until 11:00am.

David, vale person, provided outstanding valet service, even with the holiday crowds and the hectic pace, he remained professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and treated everyone with patience and respect. Loved the room and the complete look of the hotel. Very nice and comfortable room.

One of the Most comfortable beds I think I've ever experienced at a Hotel.

Cons:

We didn't get to experience the pool because with its size, there was no room.

Also if you are having an event on the rooftop, I feel your guests should have been given first choice on tickets, we were not notified until 2 days prior to stay and you were sold out! This was also one of the Main reasons for booking with you all.
