Wanted to love it but we didn’t.
Pros:

The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous, great vibe. The rest of the hotel was just kind of meh. The rooms were large, but annoying. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom. Where do you hang your towel or robe? Stop with the glass walls in a bathroom. Why?! The lighting in the bathroom was awful. There was no ice machine. You had to call the desk.. and then tip someone to bring it to you? The hallways were dark and kind of depressing, as was the balcony. The pool was closed without notice and the rooftop bar was closed for private events both times we tried it.

Also… Nashville has gotten out over its skis. Is it trying to be Las Vegas? The live music is awesome but the $20 well drinks and the $20+ song requests are not.

Great location, very clean, staff acceptable but not exceptional, communication pretty awful
Pros:

The location was perfect. However the communication was terrible

Cons:

Communication was terrible. They were doing construction with the rooftop bar and at the café and did communicate that until the day of arrival. Also, their valet service was horrendous! Kept losing our car and couldn’t find our keys

Lovely but could improve
Pros:

Made to feel very welcome and the hotel had a good vibe about it.
We had a suite which was lovely and had plenty of room
Reception and Bar Staff were lovely!

Cons:

Quite a noisy room opposite the gym. we stayed for 3 nights but the room was only cleaned and restocked on the first morning we were out from 10am- 3pm the 2nd day and the room hadn’t been touched which was disappointing.

Great location & stylish hotel
Pros:

Great location, staff were really friendly and super helpful. The room was immaculate and stylishly decorated. Gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed. The selection of products from the minibar was good and prices weren't completely ridiculous.

Cons:

Overall our stay was amazing. The shower in the bathroom didn't get as hot as we would have liked but it was warm enough to shower comfortably
