Even requesting a late checkout upon checking in, we were harassed by the cleaning staff knocking on the door even before standard checkout time. The hotel's lack of communication within its team really brought down our stay.

Horrific.

Cons:

We came back to our room after it being cleaned, to a comforter covered in brown and black marks. We call the front desk asking for a manager to come upstairs, to which we had to wait over twenty minutes. The hotel sends a housekeeper, who provides no help. We call again, and they say he is “still on the way”. We decide to bring the comforter to the front desk and, shocker… there “Matthew” the manager was. The first thing he says is “Oh so this is what we’re gonna doing. Ok” He then claimed it was burnt feather, and that every comforter looked this way. We ask to see a new one, which they don’t provide. Then, Matthew says they will throw the comforter away. So, my boyfriend told him to cut it open, since it was burnt feather. Matthew, the manager, gets scissors, about to cut it, and the Maitenance lady claims “NO NO NO. ITS THAT STUFF NO”. If I could add a video to this I would. I made sure to film it. I have it.
And then he does not cut it open. Matthew refuses a refund, looks my boyfriend in my eye and says “are you sure you want to stay here tonight” 3x. Aggressive, threatening, and disgusting. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life.

Every appealing to the eye but if you dig deeper you see the grime
