Me cobraron estadía y no me alojé porque el hotel estaba sold out

No me alojé

Cons:

No me alojé. Cuando llegué al front desk con mi reserva me dijeron que el hotel estaba sold out. Que estaba lleno todo y no habían habitaciones disponibles. Me tocó irme a buscar otro hotel y además de eso me cobraron la estadía y no me devuelven el dinero.

Probably won’t be staying here again at all.
Pros:

It was clean and of course the warm cookies.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for parking and the people at check in never mentioned it to me not once. Second our tub was stopped up and had to call maintenance to come and take care of it. Also didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get on a higher floor was eye level with the expressway.

A roof over my head for the night, at least.
Pros:

I had to pay for parking, and I only stayed ONE NIGHT. And, a couple of days after I got home, I received a bill for $80 for parking ONE NIGHT.

Cons:

The room door did not close all of the way. I had to force it closed. There was long, dark hair in the tub and on the toilet.
