DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95

Stayed here after a cruise and then was going to a Dolphins game. Room was not ready, but they gladly held our luggage. Hotel is definitely dated and location is close to the freeway and nothing else, but Mario was very welcoming and it served it's purpose. Oddly, they had no hand soap in the bathrooms and said they had been out of it for a while (?). Not really sure I would stay here again.....we just did it since we are Honors members and had points to use.....

We chose to Doubletree because it was close to the port for our cruise that we were leaving for two days. Everything has been so wonderful here especially Mario! Check-in was very smooth and he was so kind and helpful. The dinner they delivered to us was amazing even my picky babies loved it! The beds are so comfy! It has been a great stay overall! Parking is great as well. Cannot leave out the warm fresh cookies Mario gave us while checking in. They were so delicious my little boy and i had to come back and get another one. He absolutely loved them! As knowledgeable as Mario is, you would never guess he has only been here for five weeks. I was very shocked to find this out as he was so helpful and informative,and so kind he even messaged to make sure everything was good for us and to see if we needed anything! Will definitely be coming back to stay and see him next time we’re in Miami. Cant wait to try the breakfast in the morning as everything looked so delicious!!! Thank you guys for the warm welcome and wonderful experience with y’all!

All I can say is when you've came across Mario at the front desk, he captivates you. Great professional, genuinely nice gentleman. He made my check in at it was effortless and personally assisted with parking, which can be a hassle. He made it so comforting. Mario is the Best! 10/10.

We flew in one day early for an upcoming cruise. We were greeted warmly by Mario, a front desk attendant. We were exhausted from our travels and he did his best to expedite our room being ready so we could rest. He continually checked on us to see if we needed anything. He’s a great asset to your company .We arrived here just before the restaurant closed. Jonathan Torres was our server. he totally went out of his way to grab us two much needed coffees and a couple of bagels to hold us over. He could not have been nicer. He also is a great asset to your company. Both of these gentlemen should be recognized for their professionalism and conscientious nature.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very accommodating, especially Mario, he was very helpful with explaining all the amenities at the hotel.

Mario, at the Reception Counter, was welcoming and informative while preparing us for our entry into this HILTON property. Although he's only been on staff for about
2-weeks, he exhibited professionalism and competencies above and beyond my expectations. He is a valuable asset to your organization and will more than likely ensure that the HILTON brand will continue to prosper with staff members like Mario.

Mario from the front desk is one of the people who walk with his heart. He helped me so much to accommodate everything that I need. I thank him so much for the great service. Wish we have more people like Mario. Thank you so much.

We only stayed one night and it was enough. The room had roaches, black mold, and was generally dirty — not what you expect from a Hilton property. The bed was comfortable, but that was the only positive. Considering the high cost, the quality and cleanliness were unacceptable. I will not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Near MIA (airport) is this Doibletree. The staff are delightful and have always been helpful. Security is high and upheld.

Consistently clean and very comfortable beds!

For the frequent travelers reading this with long hair, the water pressure allows one to actually rinse the conditioner out of the hair!

Food is good. Ask for blackened shrimp appetizer (can be substituted for the deep fried).

Ask for Kat at the bar. She is peaceful, kind, polite and accommodating.

The neighborhood is changing. Not for those who are potentate.

Affordable and very close to Miami beaches and restaurants.

There were pubic hairs in the bathroom towels, doors close at 9pm because there are drugaddict homeless people surrounding the entrance... Stay Away! RUN!

Our stay was okay. The parking situation isn't as straight forward if you are not from the USA.

They gave away my reservation for a King bed and the room was mediocre at best. Far from why you expect from Doubletree.
