La habitación no es comoda, no hay una mesa o una silla para colocar las cosas, pusieron tres camas, hubiera sido mejor una Sencilla y una doble como se pidió, y colocar una mesa extra. El Baño el lavamanos No funciona bien.
Muy pobre el closet.
El Televisor No Sirve, aunque solicite el arreglo no lo hicieron, la funda de la almohada esta sucia pedí el cambio y tampoco lo hicieron ósea mal servicio. No fue una buena experiencia.

El desayuno no ofrecía alternativas. Igualmente el tamaño de las porciones de fruta fueron muy pequeñas.
Like: The place was nice, and the location was convenient, close to the airport.
Negative: The hotel was nearly empty, the pool was not cleaned, and there were no drinks available. Most rooms had a fridge, but ours did not—no drinks, no fridge. The towels were dirty, and the pool was not maintained.
If the hotel cannot properly accommodate guests on weekends, especially during a holiday, it should either improve its services or clearly state its limitations. Many guests choose a hotel over an Airbnb expecting better service, even something as simple as a drink. If the hotel offers no dining options, food, or drinks, this should be made clear in advance.
I would not recommend this hotel for weekends.

Had to walk up three flights of stairs. No elevator.

Very friendly and helpful staff
No hot water in the shower, only a window that gives into the main hall, the neighborhood of the hotel isn’t the safest at night.
Nice lobby, pool, rooms, and great location.
Pillow could have been softer. The trash in the restroom (room 105) has a broken pedal, which is just a pointy wire instead of a normal pedal.
