The hotel was a 10 in location and comfort.
Pros:

The location was in the middle of the tourist/town center. We walked to the botanical garden, to the museums, restaurants, tram stops, shopping area.
The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The service at the dining room was slow. The staff seem to run around busy but not efficiently serving or clearing the plates.
The breakfast spread was not great. There was no cook to order station. Choices and selections were limited.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Beautiful stay, walking distance from a range of amazing restaurants and activities. Made life easy with 3 young kids. Staff were very friendly and had some awesome food recommendations.

Fantastic staff comfortable room and
Pros:

Staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view overlooking the Cathedral and most of the town. Restaurants and bars very close by and also the tram station with its array of shops and eatery's.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average at best, I would not recommend it. Room was a suite and it was newly renovated but in my humble opinion the room lost all of its character and charm.
Shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. Paying for parking.
