Great location, just a few things...
Pros:

Great location!
Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The front counter staff were not very personable, just there to do a job. I personally prefer this style however a smile and a nice greeting makes a difference.
The bed was a little firm for us, a little softer it would've been just right.
Breakfast buffet wasn't the best. The food was good, but a few dishes had run out and very slow to refill. It wasn't very busy at the time (Friday 8.30am), I'm afraid this put us off going there again for the rest of our stay.

Lovely hotel, central location, would stay here again
Pros:

Central location was fantastic, easy walks to dining, shops, playground etc. Room was comfortable & nice. Beds comfy. Restaurant & bar downstairs convenient. Bar lounge very nice & inviting. All staff were very polite & helpful.

Very comfortable room right in the heart of Christchurch .
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic. Pity our stop over wasn’t longer

Awesome room and view from 9th floor over looking the cathedral. Location is excellent and the staff were fantastic. We’ll be back.

Pros:

I liked everything! So friendly, and perfect location for us. We could park.up and walk to all the good bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Only had 1 night, I would've loved to spend another day coming and going from the hotel.
