Pros:

Great location with restaurants nearby and nice bars by the river (5-minute walk).
Public transport is only 2 minutes away.
City center is reachable in about 25–30 minutes on foot. Easy and modern building access system using a link

Cons:

Only one towel per person for a 5-day stay, with no face towels provided.
Only one garbage bag was available and no extras were provided.
One remote for all AC units was inconvenient.
No blinds/curtains in the living room, making the apartment very warm.
No proper mirror in the apartment, only a small one in the bathroom.
No towel hooks or clothes hangers available

Meile meeldis.
Pros:

Vaikne rahulik peatumine, kuna olime grupiga 10 inimest siis oli meil kaks korterit, see ajutas inimesi. Maja oli vaikne. Tänava helid ei seganud. Suur toidupood ja kaubanduskeskus olid lähedal. Trammi liiklus oli hea. Söögikohad olid ka lähedal- kiidame restorani "Kristiina juures", seal olid rahvuslikudroad ja ööbimiskoha lähedal

Kuna oli suur seltskond ja hommikul ning õhtul tegime ise süüa siis suuremaid potte korteris ei olnud. Pesupulbri, et pesupesta ostsime ka ise.

Apartmán naprosto perfektní. Celé ubytování bylo čisté, kuchyň vybavená vším důležitým, pokoje prostorné. Online check in byl už jen třešničkou na dortu. Moc děkujeme. Apartmány Old Strand Spirit určitě doporučuji.

Nesmyslný poplatek za osobu na návštěvě mnohem vyšší než když tam přez booking objednáte pro dva . Měl jsem zaplaceno na dvě noci a odešel první noc ještě před půlnocí na hotel . Kde bylo vše v pořádku a ještě se snídaní a nakonec i levnější . Než v tomhle baráku kde vás smiřují kamery

Skvělá dostupnost apartmánu blízko centra. Byt je prostorný a klidný.

Cons:

Čistota nic moc. Prach pod postelemi, ve skříních, na parapetu,... K dispozici je zimní zahrada, která se bohužel používá jako kuřárna, takže neskutečný smrad, na zemi nepořádek a popel, takže pro posezení s rodinou nepoužitelné.

Brak podstawowych rzeczy na wyposażeniu, np. brak ręczników papierowych w kuchni lub ściereczek. Bardzo budżetowo urządzone mieszkanie - zdjęcia z oferty przewyższają realia. Brudny okap i piekarnik, brudne (zakurzone lampki nocne w sypialni), niedoprana pościel, podarta firanka w jednej z sypialni. Dokuczliwy hałas na korytarzu w godzinach nocnych. Ściany w kuchni jak i w sypialni warto by było odmalować.
