Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Prag. Uns wurden nachträglich 50 € Strafe berechnet mit der Begründung, wir hätten in der Wohnung geraucht und seien zu laut gewesen – was absolut nicht stimmt. Wir haben weder geraucht noch Lärm verursacht.

Es ist sehr unfair, Gästen ohne klare Beweise solche Gebühren zu berechnen. Man fühlt sich dadurch ungerecht behandelt und hat das Gefühl, dass hier einfach zusätzliche Kosten verlangt werden.

Der Aufenthalt wurde dadurch im Nachhinein stark negativ beeinflusst. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und rate anderen, vorsichtig zu sein.

The apartment is spacious, easily accessible and in a good location

Cons:

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like in the pictures. It requires a lot of care and attention.
The whole place needs a proper scrub. It's grubby and very superficially cleaned before arrival. Items are broken ( terrace chairs, bed slats). There is no couch to sit on. It would make really nice accommodation, if it was properly looked after.

The location of the apartment is superb, with a great connection to the old town. The apartment is specious. Communication was good. It is a good apartment to rent but is lacking some equipment ( as per the comments below)

Cons:

The kitchen equipment was quite poor. The apartment is advertised as suitable for 9 people max. We haven't got enough glasses to support max advertised numbers. There were no clothes or paper towels in the kitchen. Only one washing machine tablet was left, so if your stay is longer, you have to buy your own supplies. There was no tea or coffee. I was missing at least the soap bar in the toilet and bathroom. There is a sink in the bathroom, and having a towel would be useful. There were no curtains in some rooms, so mornings are very bright.

Établissement pas sérieux à éviter absolument
Cons:

L'établissement nous a annulé notre réservation au moment où nous devions avoir accès à notre appartement.
Et de plus ils ne répondaient ni aux mails, ni au téléphone.
Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans le cas ; un autre groupe de 4 personnes a eu le même problème.

Было тепло, мы часто выключали отопление.

Cons:

Не смогли включить телевизор и интернет очень медленный. Я пользовалась только мобильным инетом.

Die Ausstattung war sehr mangelhaft und entsprach weder der Beschreibung noch den Bildern. Die Möbel und Betten waren alt und teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Ein Zimmer war nicht von der Küche isoliert, und es gab nur ein Handtuch für sechs Personen. Zudem herrschte ab 22:00 Uhr strikte Ruhe – selbst Reden war kaum möglich, da sofort Security erschien.

Perfektná poloha hneď na Rašínovom nábreží, super pre väčšie skupiny ľudí. Zastávka električky v pešej dostupnosti. Na nábreží veľa možností na jedlo či drink. Kúsok výborná reštaurácia u Kalendú s vlastnou pekárňou
