Дуже грязно було вся посуд була грязна дошки для нарізання овочів та мʼяса не було рушника для рук не було ми дуже незадоволені чистотою апартаменту ми ніколи такого безпорядку не бачили

Sijainti oli asunnon parasta antia. Sisäänkirjautuminen toimi mallikkaasti ja ohjeet olivat mainiot. Asunto oli todella tilava.

Cons:

Alkuperäinen asunto oli likainen, tiskikoneessa oli likaiset tiskit ja kone oli täynnä hometta. Asunto oli saapuessa kuuma. Ilmastoinnin sai päälle tv:n ja ilmalämpöpumpun kaukosäädinten paristoja vaihtelemalla. Keittiötarvikkeita oli todella minimaalisesti. Lopulta meidät vaihdettiin toiseen asuntoon, jossa oli samat ongelmat ja lisäksi wc:n lavuaarin viemäri vuoti vedet lattialle. Asiakaspalvelu hälytti hätiin siivouspartion ja putkimiehen. Loppuoleskelunkin ajan valkoiset sukat olivat nopeasti tummat asunnossa oleskelun jälkeen. Lisäksi muista asunnoista ja porraskäytävästä kantautui iltaisin tolkutonta mölinää ja musiikkia. Leikkuulautaa jäimme myös kaipaamaan. Saimme lopulta hyvitystä alennuksen muodossa.

Bardzo ograniczony kontakt z personelem, platforma do pobierania opłaty klimatycznej pobrała 2 razy pieniądze. Problem z ich odzyskaniem przeciągał sie bardzo długo. Kolejną fatalną rzeczą był problem z dostaniem sie do pokoju w dniu rezerwacji, mimo uzgodnienia wczesniej szczegółów opłacenia opłaty klimatycznej oraz przesłania ID, okazało sie, że nie wejdziemy do pokoju przed uiszczeniem opłat klimatycznych i zeskanowania naszych dowodów osobistych na niedziałającej i słabo zabezpieczonej stronie "alfred"

Kuchnia jest bardzo słabo wyposażona brakuje podstawowych akcesoriów, co znacząco utrudnia komfortowe korzystanie z niej. Ściany są poplamione, a meble wyraźnie podniszczone i wymagają odświeżenia. Dodatkowo listwy przy ścianach odchodzą.

Łóżko było uszkodzone brakowało jednej deski bocznej, a materace są wyraźnie ugniecione i zużyte, co wpływa na wygodę snu.

Kabina ma drzwi uszkodzone i nie domykają się prawidłowo, a słuchawka prysznicowa jest nieszczelna i przecieka.

Pros:

The location was good. Next to river and accessible to trams. Local market on a Saturday morning just next to the river selling local produce and items. Apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Apartment wasn't very clean. Would have been nice if there was a living area where you could chill. There were no curtains in two of the bedrooms. Small balcony where there was a tea cup with cigarette butts in it. Pictures on booking.com didn't look anything like the apartment. Freezer door wouldn't shut. Needed defrosted. Cooker was disgusting.
