麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。在精華地段有這樣的價格很划算。除了交通方便，週遭吃的、便利商店也很多，生活機能很好。床還意外地不錯睡。住在靠馬路的房間當然車聲很明顯，房內有附耳塞

Cons:

隔音很差。馬路車聲就罷了，隔壁在房門口的動靜聽得一清二楚。因為空間小沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡整個浴室地板都濕了，走路要格外小心

生活機能非常的好，想要去逛街距離都很近，鄰近也有很多的小吃！距離大巨蛋很近步行就可以到。房間不大，但是很整齊，該有的都有，也很乾淨，舒適。
