The hotel failed to honour our confirmed prepaid reservation, ruining the experience we specifically booked and planned
Pros:

The resort has a nice lobby and pool. Unfortunately, these positives were completely overshadowed by the hotel’s failure to honour our confirmed reservations.

Cons:

We booked and prepaid two Superior Bungalows with Sharing Pool & Garden View months in advance. Before arriving, we informed the hotel that we would be celebrating a very special occasion. Despite this, we were only informed upon arrival that one of the two bungalows was no longer available. We were unilaterally downgraded to a basic twin room of a significantly lower standard, with no prior notice and therefore no opportunity to book another hotel.

The two bungalows were the entire reason we chose this resort. We specifically wanted neighbouring accommodation with a shared pool so our family could spend time together. By providing only one bungalow, the hotel completely defeated the purpose of our reservation.

The replacement room was disappointing, overlooking a wall and showing visible mould in the bathroom and a dirty ventilation system. Offering a complimentary dinner did not compensate for failing to provide accommodation that had already been confirmed and prepaid.

Most disappointing was the lack of accountability. We were simply told there was nothing the hotel could do.

Pros:

Πολυ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, το προσωπικό ηταν πολυ φιλικό καθάρισαν κάθε μερα το δωματιο και το φαγητό ήταν από τα καλύτερα που εχω συναντήσει σε all inclusive ξενοδοχεία.

A gastronomia muito farta em todos os aspetos. Desde o início ao fim. Todos os dias os pequenos-almoços, almoços e jantares nunca eram repetidos, havia sempre uma variedade de pratos variáveis com comida maravilhosa. Para quem gosta de comer bem pode é uma excelente opção.

Cons:

Não é um hotel para casais que queiram lazer de romantismo . Pois é um lugar de lazer mas, com muitas famílias com crianças que muitas vezes atrapalha na zona da piscina para adultos, infelizmente existe piscina para as crianças mas sempre vazia … pois os pais levavam desde boias a colchões de água para a piscina dos adultos. Essa parte não me agradou ,porque faziam muito barulho e saltos para dentro de água onde molhavam quem estivesse por perto.

Pros:

Poolanlage und Hotel an sich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Hauptsächlich auf französische Gäste ausgelegt (Animation und Abendprogramm).
Das Essen war nicht typisch griechisch sondern eher standard europäisch. Das war für uns als Foodliebhaber sehr schade.

El buffet estaba bastante bien, el hotel estaba limpio

Cons:

La playa es artificial con una tierra que deja povillo no es muy agradable, la piscina hay muchas avisps y pocas hamacas, la gente fuma mucho incluso habiendo niños pequeños. Se debería limitar a que fumen en la terraza del bar…
Los cócteles no son buenos…el personal de 10 excepto una camarera que era imposible verla sonreir los demás todos muy agradables 😊
