Breakfast was ok. Coffee was horrible
There was dirty plastic silverware on our floor when we went into room. The fan on heater was loud and a water bottle was $5.10. The fitted sheets were so stretched out the elastic was gone. And the pillows were small and flat.
The rooms were clean and it was great. It was very quiet.
The toilet had issues flushing it would flush but the toilet paper would come back up so I had to flush it a second time. I Don’t know if it was the pressure of the toilet or not but other then that it was excellent..
Close to the airport. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and kind. Excellent intro to the hotel.

Everything was great, except the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. The pool was warm, which our 2 year old very much appreciated!

The room was perfect for what we needed. Nice configuration and large shower. Like the bed separated from sitting area by small partition wall.
Good proximity to airport for departures.
Breakfast buffet space was too small for the amount of people. Flow issues with space setup. Bottlenecking as people wait for toast/waffles. Not enough healthy choices and no sustainable dish/cutlery options.
Nothing much to brag about.
After a long day of driving booked our room with booking.com received a reservation confirmation. As well our “special request” our dog, was acknowledged with no additional charges.
Pull up at 11PM, place looks decent for a night…. And then I get extorted. Guy asks me for my card for a deposit and only after I get charged $60 for my dog to stay the night, do I get informed of the charge. When I told him that’s not what I received in my confirmation, he said… “that’s the issues with booking through a 3rd party” and I should have called them directly.
I tell him, thanks, but I’ll cancel and go to one of the other numerous hotels on the street. He then informs me, he can’t do refunds and only his manager can do them, but his manager isn’t even at the hotel. So, no refunds can be given.
So long story short… expect to pay for a 5 star hotel, and only get the experience of a 2 star hotel.
