Falta de preparo de alguns funcionários da recepção. Em dois momentos não nos passaram as informações corretas:
..Nossa reserva incluía o valor do estacionamento e a atendente, mesmo com o documento da reserva dizendo que estava incluído, informava que deveríamos pagar a mais.
..Fomos procurar na recepção dois pacotes cujas confirmações de entrega havíamos recebido por e-mail e a atendente da noite apenas disse que não havia nada lá. No dia seguinte voltamos à recepção para procurar os pacotes e a atendente do dia prontamente saiu de trás do balcão e foi até um espaço de armazenamento pegar nossas compras.

I have stayed at other locations and stay at them, but not this one. The room smelled of dog pee.

Pros:

La posizione! Ci sono tanti negozi, ristoranti nei dintorni facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Lo Staff purtroppo cambia costantemente perché penso sia a turni, alcuni troppo gentili altri totalmente l'opposto. Menzione speciale vorrei farla a 2 persone una delle quale purtroppo non mi sono segnata il nome ma era al mattino del 17/03 se non erro, e l'altra si chiama Adifa gentilissima, gradevole e adatta ad interagire col il cliente.
Il personale che pulisce anche molto gentili.

Cons:

-La abitazione era x 4 adulti e gli asciugamani erano tutti sempre solo per 3. Ho chiesto al personale che pulisce e ci han detto che quelli sono gli ordini, quindi che dovevo chiederlo nella reception ma anche cosi sempre dopo la pulizia lasciavano tutto x 3 persone, dovevamo sempre richiedere 1 in piu.
-Una sera abbiamo trovato una bella cacca di cane dentro l'ascensore anche se non dipende dallo staff, da una brutta immagine!
-Riguardo al parcheggio (che lo chiedi una volta fatto il check in) e convenzionato e ti danno un ticket che devi scannerizzare sempre, peccato che a noi non ci funzionava e piu delle volte abbiamo dovuto citofonare e prendere un altro ticket. Io consiglio di inviare la targa della macchina e semplicemente con la camera che hanno si apre automaticamente che e quello che han fatto gli ultimi giorni, non so se per il mio suggerimento pero funziona.
-Alcune sedie della piscina erano rotte (vedere la foto sotto).
Sono piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza

Air fan in bathroom very dirty. When I turn cold water o have warm , when I turn warm I got cold.
