Ms. Minarty was very kind and helpful as she seated us to our tables then offered us some drinks (tea) which was delightful and then kept on taking our orders and being helpful in general

Avoid during holidays or you will be stranded! I had a concert booked and a room reserved, yet it was impossible to get to the hotel. The W Amman’s location is fundamentally flawed for any major occasion. Because it’s tucked into the Boulevard, when the police close the roads for pedestrians and cars, you are stuck. I sat in my car for 2 hours for a drive that takes 10 minutes on a normal day.

When I finally gave up on the valet, I had to walk 30 minutes in the freezing wind. It ruined the entire night. This is not a "family-friendly" or "elderly-friendly" location by any stretch of the imagination. If you are dressed up for a date, the last thing you want is a 2km hike in the cold. Amman has much better options where you are actually treated like a VIP. The Ritz-Carlton and The Fairmont are far superior choices where you can actually drive to the front door. W Amman is a massive disappointment.

From the very moment we entered the hotel until the time we left, everything was simply superb. The W Amman contemporary atmosphere is stunning, perfectly designed and immediately impressive. The location is excellent with plenty of great F&B options nearby. Our suite offered breathtaking “wow” views over the city that truly elevate our experience.

As Bonvoy higher-status guests, the recognition was impeccable and much appreciated, making us feel genuinely valued. Breakfast was among the most sumptuous we have ever experienced, with an outstanding selection of both local Jordanian specialties and international delicacies, beautifully presented and of exceptional quality.

The concierge team was extremely helpful, providing thoughtful, insider tips that allowed us to experience the city at its best. Above all, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff: without exception, the best we have encountered. Courteous, genuinely warm, professional, and always ready to help with a sincere smile.

Another exceptional experience at the W. We were taken care of by the incredible staff and treated like royalty from start to finish. The chefs and waitstaff at Mesh are truly second to none—exceptionally accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond. The valet team is equally outstanding, beyond helpful and committed to making your stay unlike any other. It’s the people at this hotel who truly make it special.

I had a wonderful stay at W Amman Hotel. I would like to specially thank Mr. Abu Hashish from the restaurant and Ms. Farah from the reception for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Hi I'm Lina from Korea I stayed here for the first time but I would like to recommend all of you. It's placed in the center of city so you can enjoy Amman easily. I’ve been around, visited more than your average traveler.
I can classify this as my best stay in any Hotel I have been to.
Let me just start by saying any place is defined by the people there, these are if not the best is one of the best professionals in this industry.
Its extra hard when you are with a family and small kids creating their playground everywhere they go🌪️👶👧, this W team have gone above and beyond in its true meaning to make our stay not less than amazing.

Jordan, Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the dead sea were a delight we never expected. Our Stay at the W brought it all over the top. Thank you Waliet for you excellent service.

Location: Center, walking to the boulevard and cafe's / shops ...etc

1st Impression: this hotel is a chimney, it smells of cigarettes from the entrance / lobby and every where. Not advisable for non-smokers.

My Experience : i booked 2 rooms non-smoking from 22nd Nov to 28th Nov 2025 and to my surprise when i arrived the hotel early in the morning the reception mentions the hotel is fully booked and the rooms assigned to us are smoking rooms. We had no option but to accept since we were tired, no apology from the staff.

we were told that in the morning they will check availability of the non-smoking rooms but in the mean while they will put a smoke extractor in the room to make it feel better. nothing worked as the sheets / pillows / covers and everything smells of cigarettes and over and above that the toilet was leaking which created a pool of water on the floor & me unable to use the toilet in the room 2103. Again, i had to call the reception and complain and Yazin attended to my call and promised to look into the matter and said to give him 1 hour and he will find me a solution , after 3 hours i had to call again and see what can be done since no one came back to me.

at 5 pm Yazin called back and said he had a room available, he asked me to be ready for the shifting and when i was ready to call 0 , when i called 0 the operator told me Yazin's duty is over and she has no idea about what I am talking about, i insisted for her to check which made me really angry as Yazin told me he is waiting for my call.

Finally, Yazin calls back and escorted us to room 1313 which was a junior suite room. the room was nice and specious and finally it was non-smoking. he also offered me 2 sparking water as a compliment.

overall experience ; the hotel is in a nice location.
hotel ambiance ; nice but you have to be a smoker to enjoy the hotel lobby and walk ways.
1st impression ; unpleasant specially i booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room.

The front desk staff are outstanding. Helpful and friendly and super professional. The hotel is immaculate. The food is excellent. I love this hotel and will definitely recommend to my colleagues when they travel to Amman

I stayed in this hotel for four months, so I had more than enough time to notice every detail. The staff is genuinely exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You really do end up feeling at home.
The breakfast team — Pinkan, Ami, Gabby — along with the chefs, especially Montasser, and the entire room-service team, all work with the same spirit: making sure you’re comfortable, cared for, and never missing anything. The food is great, consistently.
The location is another big plus, right next to the Boulevard and Abdali Mall, which makes it perfect for both quick visits and long stays. The only thing to keep in mind: the windows don’t open. If that doesn’t bother you, the rest is spot on.

Rooms amazing! Service staff is so hospitable. Pinkan helped us at breakfast and was so friendly and helpful. It’s our second time at this W and always recommend it to friends

Today, Tala guided us in the hotel, she was very supportive and welcoming, at the other side the hotel is very clean, organized with many facilities and last but not least the food was amazing.
