Due to storm, we had to stay another night which day accommodated with no issues
Pros:

They accommodated our dogs and greeted them like they were their own. Even had dog biscuits in a water bowl at the front desk, which I thought was cool. The breakfast in the morning was great.

Cons:

To be honest, I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about the property

What I liked about the hotel:

1. Reservation and Check-in Failure
Upon arrival, the check-in process was notably challenging:
The front desk associate was initially unable to locate our booking, Once located, the reservation was incorrectly listed for only one room. We had explicitly reserved two rooms and requested they be situated close together. We understand that proximity cannot always be guaranteed, but we were disappointed that the initial booking was not honored.
2. Maintenance and Safety Concerns
The state of the rooms presented immediate concerns, particularly for my accompanying family member:
My family member was forced to switch rooms four times due to maintenance issues. In one of the initial rooms, the rod supporting the room divider curtain was barely secured and hanging loose, which was a significant safety concern. All televisions in the rooms displayed a persistent blue screen. While staff initially attributed this to a cable or internet issue, my family member, who works in the television and internet industry, confirmed this was a faulty equipment issue likely stemming from a power surge or product failure.There was no functional fan in the bathroom, causing odors to permeate the sleeping area—a serious issue for basic hygiene and comfort.
3. Amenity and Comfort Failures
The provided WiFi was slow and consistently failed to load pages. Furthermore, the Ethernet connection was completely non-functional.
Climate Control: The temperature regulation was problematic, particularly as our room faced the sun. We would leave the heat off, but upon returning to the room, the temperature would be stiflingly hot, making the room uncomfortable for sleeping.
4. Security and Access Incident
A safety lapse occurred when I went to retrieve a towel late at night to clean up an unexpected spill in our vehicle. Upon attempting to re-enter, I found the front lobby door locked. I had to ring the bell multiple times and wait for a front desk attendant to grant me access just to return to my room

Our suite was spacious, clean, and staff were helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Our suite was spacious and clean. The kitchen appliances were great and it had all the necessary essentials such as towels and dishes. During our short stay we used all of them. We enjoyed the separate bedroom and tv, also. The suite was like a an apartment.

Cons:

It appeared more staff were needed to prepare breakfast. Either you ran out of food or it took too long to make more bacon, sausage, and potatoes. I was disappointed to not get a warm breakfast as expected but the muffin and coffee I had were good. Fortunately, my family was able to eat a warm breakfast. Perhaps you could add a skin moisturizer lotion dispenser to the bathroom.

Disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness in both rooms.
Cons:

The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found multiple hairs in the bathroom and bed of the first room, which made me extremely uncomfortable. After being moved to a second room, I encountered the same issue—hair throughout the space—which made it hard to relax or enjoy the stay.
