Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station

i ran into John in the hotel hallway while i was dealing with anxiety over my fear of elevators. he not only calmed my nerves but he also offered to ride in the elevator with me (and he did!). his kindness made such a huge difference in the start to my day. thank you, john!

This was our first place to stay on a week long trip around the area and it was incredible!! The front desk (Tommy) made us feel welcome the minute we walked through the door. Beautiful view from our room and the accommodations were top notch. Close to subway station and so many attractions close by. Quick walk to the North End and amazing food. If you are a first time visitor to Boston, this is your place to stay.

Excellent hotel for several reasons. Close to everything downtown you’d want to experience; within walking distance. Rooms are very clean & quiet. The views are great as well. And lastly, the entire staff understands customer service, which is a rarity these days it seems. In particular, Tony, Emet and Kendra provided exceptional customer service. They enjoy what they’re doing and smile while doing their jobs. Sitting in the lobby, I watched this over and over, so it wasn’t just for my party. Excellent place to stay while in Boston downtown. Highly recommend.

Wanted to put a shoutout to Tony at reception. Very welcoming and more importantly chased me down when I inadvertently left some items at the front desk. A true professional.

I had a pleasant time during my one night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfy beds. The gym was nice with a great view. The front desk agents, Khalid and Tommy, were exceptionally kind and professional. I'd recommend staying!

The hotel service, location and staff were excellent. Boston made us so welcome and the banter was 1st class.
Tommy at reception really made our trip worthwhile and his knowledge of Bosten could not be better.
Both myself and Helen feel we have had the best time in your hotel and Boston.

Good location, decent rooms but not for the price they charged.

Although we only had one night at this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms (and bathroom) spacious and clean, and we had no noise complaints on the 12th floor. The hotel's location within walking distance of the North End was perfect for our goal of dining at Regina's Pizzeria and Modern Pastry. We would definitely book this spot again!

Me and my husband were welcomed by Tony at the front desk with a warm smile and continued to receive excellent service from Tony throughout our entire trip. He provided a level of service that can not be taught or bought in this time period. I appreciate the service and will be staying with Courtyard Boston for future stays because of the great service I recieved. Thank you Tony M.

My wife and I had the pleasure to meet several of the hotel staff. One was Tommy at the front desk and Juan the bartender and the young man that was valet parking ( didn’t get his name). All (3) of them were extremely friendly, professional, polite and made our stay extra special. We wish all the hotels had staff that was this professional and respectful . Thank you to all (3) of the staff and the rest of staff!

We had a great experience at the Boston North End Courtyard. Tony at the front desk was warm, inviting and gave us helpful food spots. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. There is a coffee/food bar downstairs that is very good! The hotel is in a great location. I definitely plan to come back!!
