Excellent staff and clean facility!
Pros:

Staff was awesome and personable!! Check-in/out made us feel welcome and engaged in brief conversation. Cafe staff were very friendly and answered questions(about menu) in detail. First time in a while I have visited a cafe/coffee shop who had “old school” interaction skills and who did not seem bothered to do their job.

Cons:

The water bottle in the hotel room is faced in a manner that until it’s too late, you didn’t realize it was a $7 charge rather than complimentary.

Great Location, Very Clean.
Pros:

The location is perfect if you're going to TD Garden, and a big plus is that the train station is basically right across the street. The hotel made me feel very safe and secure, especially at night, because they require your room key to enter the hotel. I liked that they knew about the event going on at the time, and the staff were very welcoming to us. I get nervous about cleanliness and any pests but the rooms were very well kept and clean. Staying at this hotel made my experience 10xs better and I'm happy I chose to stay here!
