Pros:

Комфортный номер, со своей кухней, с душем, с хорошей кроватью. Отличное месторасположение, вблизи от Московского вокзала и Невского проспекта.

Pros:

Заселили нас двоих мужчин в номер с одной двухместной кроватью. Спасибо хоть второе одеяло дали. В номере пахнет канализацией. Больше не воспользуюсь этим отелем.

Ужасное впечатление от этого отеля в этот раз. Ездили в апреле, был номер на первом этаже, все было отлично. В этот раз номер на 3 этаже, неприятный запах сырости, туалета, в душевой плесень, вода идет то холодная, то горячая, матрац на кровати ужасный, вымирают пружины, итог-вся спина в синяках. Утром срабатывала Пожарная сигнализация 2 раза впустую, никто даже не извинился, что беспокоили людей, итог-даже выспались и утро было испорчено.

Pros:

The front desk staff was good. The location was good. The photos on the web looked modern and nice. In actuality, the room barely fit 2 people and our 2 suitcases. We were there for 3 days and there was no housekeeping and no bottles of water. Thank goodness we brought earplugs, as the courtyard outside got pretty noisy. Without the earplugs it would have been difficult to sleep. The bed was pushed up against the wall, this made it challenging for the person who slept by the wall to get up without disturbing the other person.
