Incredible views with breakfast and from the rooms
Pros:

The room price was great and easily fit our family of 5. There is a balcony which has great views! Breakfast does cost extra but it was a fantastic traditional German breakfast. They do make specialty coffees. The staff is very nice and spoke amazing English. They were knowledgeable about the area and made great recommendations on how to travel. If you stay more than 2 nights you pay "tourist tax" which allows you to use regional trains and buses for free for everyone registered to the room. The hotel is in a great location and under a 10 minute walk to the Sea Life aquarium, 5 minutes from the main train station and the best restaurants. The room was clean, up to date and the bed was super comfortable. I really recommend Hotel Viva Sky for anyone with kids who wants to stay in the heart of the city!

Cons:

This is not the hotels fault, but my wife has a walking disability, there is an elevator but it's located up a few stairs. If you take it slowly you'll be fine but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a wheel chair. If there is an elevator that you from ground floor to the 8th for reception I didn't find it. I hope that there is though as everyone should explore this beautiful city and this incredible hotel!

Tolles Hotel an super Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. In der 9. Etage liegt die Réception mit Bar/Frühstücksbereich/Cheminée und umlaufender Terrasse mit Blick auf Konstanz. Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten und wunderschöner Aussicht. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Kopfkissen waren leider sehr unbequem aber das ist Ansichtssache😅

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Das Hotel hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Gleichzeitig befindet es sich fast im Zentrum und direkt am Bodensee – der Ausblick ist einfach wunderschön.
Mein Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war riesig, die Matratze sehr bequem – ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Besonders schön fand ich, dass man vor dem Frühstück einen Spaziergang am See machen kann und danach direkt entspannt frühstücken geht.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut, jedoch hätte ich mir bei den warmen Speisen etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Es gab Eier (Spiegelei oder Rührei) und Speck, aber zum Beispiel eine warme Frühstücksoption wie Porridge oder ein weiterer warmer Bestandteil wäre schön gewesen.
Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Pleasant staff
Pros:

Very conveniently located for us and our room no 714 was superb. Had both city and lake view on the 7th floor and a very good breakfast served by very friendly staff

Cons:

The entrance is a bit underwhelming and absolutely not fit for wheelchairs or people who may have knee problems
