Pros:

A super, clean, comfortable hotel with a spacious room with fridge, kettle and a balcony. Well located, right in the heart of the beautiful city of Konstanz and close to the railway station.
Wonderful breakfast enjoyed either in or outside on the top floor terrace with spectacular views of the city and surroundings.
Great friendly, helpful staff. A massive bonus being provided with a Bodensee Card which, amongst other discounts, enabled us to travel freely on transport within the area.

Tolles Urlaubsfeeling mitten in Konstanz!
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich schön ist die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, wo man gleich bei Ankunft einen Cappuccino genießen kann mit Blick über den Bodensee und über die Dächer von Konstanz! Auch das Frühstück konnten wir bei bestem Wetter hier genießen und am Abend isr bis 23 Uhr die Bar geöffnet. Auch die Rezeption ist gleich mit dabei in der 8. Etage. Bei unserem Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Seeblick hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bequemes Bett und schönes Bad!

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the station and bus routes. Also close to the harbour and the town, which is beautiful place. The room was spacious and the bathroom too. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of foods and drinks.

Sehr nettes Personal, Lage unschlagbar, Dachterrasse ein Highlight und super Frühstück. Zimmer sind schön geräumig und ruhig. Ging zum Hof hinter...Balkon ok.
Viele gute Restaurants vor der Tür. Würden wieder kommen

Kein klassisches Hotel und von außen nicht sehr ansprechend, aber die Aussicht auf der Terrasse macht es wieder wett.

Super Hotel in einer Top Altstadtlage mit grandioser 360° Dachterrasse!
Pros:

Hotel liegt super zentral in der Altstadt nur wenige Meter vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Restaurants gibt es jede Menge in der Umgebung. Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer mit modernem Bad und bequemen Betten, super Frühstück und ein kleiner Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. Die 360° Dachterrasse des Hotels ist das absolute Highlight. Haben uns hier 2 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders möchte ich mich für den problemlosen und zuvorkommenden Service bei Umbuchung eines der Zimmer bedanken, hat alles super geklappt. Wir können das Viva Sky auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Schönes Zimmer mit grandioser Dachterasse
Pros:

Unser Hotelzimmer war in der 7. Etage mit Balkon. Das Bad war sehr modern und das Zimmer liebevoll/gemütlich mit viel Blick für's Detail eingerichtet. Die Rezeption und Frühstücksbereich / Barbereich befinden sich in der 8. Etage und der Blick vom Außenbereich über den Bodensee bzw. Konstanz ist grandios. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und schnell.
