Pros:

The property or Expedia NEVER mentioned ANYWHERE when you book that if you’re not a legally married you can’t stay at this property. I traveled 6 hours on a bus for them to verbally tell me I can’t stay her with my fiancé. Then I begged them for several hours for to let us stay. Finally I asked them for hours if I book 2 different rooms and we stay separately if we could stay there. For the first hour they said no then they finally agree for us to stay separately. The rooms are absolutely dirty and trash. They were playing music on the same floor for the entire night where we couldn’t sleep. Everything about this hotel is beyond one star. Next time I will sleep in the street that sleeping in this hotel, completely trash.

Unprofessional, avoid this place if you can.

Nothing. Absolutely rubbish.

Cons:

Staffs are absolutely unprofessional, the establishment is not at all client friendly. They confirmed the booking first and then left me hanging dry by cancelling it at the very last moment. When I asked about it they bluntly said I am making a farce out of the rules. Their staff Shariful Islam said I am to be blamed me that I haven’t paid the advance. When I challenged him and asked where was the details through which I was supposed to pay the advance, he couldn’t answer that. Then he admitted the fact that they have overbooked and was not aware of the situation untill it was out of their hands. So irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour, and yet no remorse or guilt. He blamed me for his mistake, just like that.
