Cet établissement propose un séjour idéal pour des vacances reposantes, avec de nombreuses activités disponibles tout au long de la journée.
Les piscines et la plage idyllique, ainsi que le parc aquatique accessible en deux minutes à pied, constituent des atouts majeurs. Des navettes sont également disponibles pour faciliter les déplacements.
De plus, le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme exceptionnels.

Nous n’avons pas pu nous y rendre, nous avons demandé un remboursement refusé par vos services, ce que je peux comprendre.
Sur ce fait nous avons demandé un avoir de cette somme pour pouvoir reporter cette même destination à l’année prochaine…refuser !!!
J’appelle cela un vol.
Sachez que j’ai pris un avocat pour pouvoir demander un avoir plus des dommages.

Schöner breiter Strand mit schönem Blick aufs Meer - allerdings in die Jahre gekommene Anlage/Zimmer mit schlechtem Service im Allgemeinen und Organisation.

Poolhandtücher sind nur am Strand / Beach Pool verfügbar, nicht jedoch am oberen Pool - bedeutet lange Wege zum Laufen (erst bergab dann wieder bergauf inkl. Treppensteigen). Vergleichbare Situation beim Getränkeholen.

Kein Service an Pool und am Beach. Auch wird nicht den Tag über aufgeräumt.

Für Selbstzahler (also nicht all inklusive Gäste) überzogene Preise für Cocktails und Speisen.

In den verschiedenen Hotelrestaurants extrem viele Bienen!!!

Insgesamt ist der Hotelstandard nicht angemessen.

Not worth the money I expected more for 1400 Canadian a night

Beautiful property. Good food and drink options. The beach is insane probably the best sandy beach in Greece. Nice gym and great friendly people. Will visit again.

The hotel is children paradise. Free access to fantastic water park. Pools and beach are exceptional. Food is fantastic and options of four amazing a la carts restaurants included in all inclusive price. Beds very comfortable with mattress topper. Difficult for children to accept in the future any other holiday hotel since it has set the bar extremely high. Staff very polite and go beyond their way to make sure you are enjoying your holidays and the hotel facilities. Complete relaxation for the whole family with lots of activities and disco nights especially with Marco as DJ are perfect.

Zimmerreservation hat nicht funktioniert. Mussten wechseln nach einer Nacht. Ansonsten tolles All In Hotel mit coolem Wasserpark und gutem Essen

Beautiful place for kids and family

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. The water park is amazing. There are multiple food options all day, all of a very high quality. The resort itself is beautiful and has tons of things for kids to do. I had a relaxing stay whilst my kids played, it was fab!

Ett mycket bra inclusive familjehotell med vattenland, restauranger och mycket aktiviteter.
Fotboll, tennis, bågskytte, paintball, ridning, fisketurer och you name it.
Mycket bra restauranger, särskilt den italienska.
Glass, våfflor, crepes, hamburgare, souvlaki och gyros.
Poolerna var superba och badvakter överallt, man kunde absolut känna att barnen var trygga.
Städningen på rummen kunde varit bättre om man får va gnällig och krävande.

Bad points: This hotel is advertised everywhere as 5 star but it is NOT, it is firmly a 4 star hotel as it does not offer room service. They justify the 5 stars by claiming that it is situated "within a 5 star resort" but this is very misleading and is not being transparent. Moreover, on behalf of the Greek government they charge 15 euros climate tax per night, payable upon check out that should only 10 Euros. Good points: This all inclusive hotel is excellent for families, it has all the facilities that you want and the best kids club you will find anywhere in the world. Our 6 year old daughter was so happy in the presence of kids club entertainers such as Stravouli, Baptiste and George (and all the others too). They could not do enough to make all the children very happy, excited, occupied and in the evening tired enough to sleep!
Lydia on reception was superb, always with a welcoming smile. Zoe in the main restaurant was one of the hardest workers I have ever encoutered and so friendly and helpful too. A special mention for Michalis who must surely be amongst the best, most genuine and friendly cocktail barman in the world! Ask him to make you his "Midnight Mary." This is the best cocktail I have ever tasted, (and I have tasted quite a few!).
The beach is one of the best you will find anywhere in the world.
The food is very good, buffet style with everything you could wish for, however I prefer personal service so if you do too be sure to book the separate restaurants.

We were there June 25-june 30 2025. 2 adults, 2 children. The service was excellent, the food was great, the water park was a lot of fun. No complaints.

Perfect for families, offers a unique experience of a great sandy beach mixed with a traditional greek all inclusive hotel, very good food, engaged staff, lots of space, and helpful services (doctor, kids club). Unfortunately, some rooms are a bit outdated and are due for maintenance or renovation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel very much.

I definitely recommend this resort! Everything from check in to dining, drinks and activities all top notch!! Can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Greece.

This was our second year of many more, God willing. We love it here. The staff is welcoming, warm and super accommodating. They take care of you. We always have such a fun time and there’s so much to do for both kids and adults.
