No había agua caliente, por el precio me esperaba al menos tener eso para empezar el día con un respectivo baño, cuando llame dijeron que se había roto una tubería y no había mucha presión de agua pero controlando las demás reseñas no sería la única vez que “ se rompe la tubería “

A bit disorganized. Said they would meet us at the train station but they didn’t. Recommend check in with them before you go. One day there was no hot water because they didn’t notice the heater had turnedd off. Breakfast was ok, not great

Cons:

Hotel horrível, localização ruim no final da rua do lado do lixão. Café da manhã péssimo , minha amiga foi tomar café às 9 h e não tinha nada e nem repuseram. Atendentes rudes e grosseiras não ajudam com nada. O hotel cheirava mal. Achei abaixo da critica, não recomendo pra ninguém.

La deuxième surprise après le Machu Picchu
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, comfortable. On avait un balcon qui donnait sur la forêt et la montagne sans vis-à-vis. Et le top : un jacuzzi dans la salle de bain.

En arrivant à l’hôtel, on nous propose une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux alors qu’on est 5 personnes.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et propre.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Cons:

Pas de place dans les lits pour toute ma famille.

Pros:

Myself and my partner plus a friend got terrible food poisoning from eating breakfast at this place. Be warned! The food poisoning was so bad that we were evacuated from Aguas Calientes and hospitalised. If you stay in this hotel make sure you have good medical insurance

Considerando que Machu picchu pueblo é um vilarejo bem rústico, acredito que não haja taaaantas hospedagens melhores que essa. Mas é um hotel bem simples, porém muito limpinho

O café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções. As portas só abrem por dentro e quando a pessoa sai tem que bater, o que faz muito barulho e incomoda

Preferred location over the more central area of town with standard amenities and great value.
Pros:

The location is what differentiates this hotel from others. It is up the hill a good bit from the train and bus stations, and this makes all the difference. We stayed in a hotel right next to the train station our last night, and all we heard were loud, repetitive announcements and the trains themselves well into the night. With this hotel, it is closer to where locals live towards the path for Cascadas Alcamayo, and this provides a much quieter scenario. The location to price value was the best in the area we could find.

Cons:

Breakfast had sufficient options, but it could be improved upon. The beds could definitely be larger and more comfortable, but this is a theme with all of the hotels in the area. Live/satellite TV channels would have helped with our children, but we did not spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat sogar einen Abholservice. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns erklärt, wie wir Tickets bekommen.

Cons:

Es gibt in den Zimmern keinen automatischen Reinigungsdienst. Man muss diesen anfordern, was uns jedoch nicht gesagt wurde.
