Pros:

Clean. Polite and respectful staff. Good restaurant food. Peaceful and quiet environment.

Cons:

Everything was great except for one thing. When the air conditioner was working, sometimes there was a very bad smell in the room. It smelled like sewage. I had to turn it off to get rid of the smell.

Zentrale Lage am Prater. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es lagen mehrere lange schwarze Haare vom Vorgänger(in) im Bad..
An der Rezeption muss man die Personalien selber eingegeben, während das Personal zuschaut und wartet bis man fertig ist

Pros:

The location, and the room was generally modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There could have been a small (empty) fridge in the room for storing a few things. The towels seem to have been changed every day. I would have preferred to keep my used towels.

Perfekt für einen Städttrip - ideal gelegen am Praterstern
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns überrascht. Wir hatten weniger erweartet und waren zufrieden. Am ersten Morgen buchten wir das Frühstück hinzu, weil Feiertag war. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Es gar Sekt und Lachs sowie andere köstliche Speisen.

Viaggio di coppia per il ponte dell’1 maggio. Soggiorno ottimo.

La struttura colpisce subito per il suo design moderno e per l'accoglienza del personale. I servizi offerti sono numerosi; inoltre, la camera, pur essendo una categoria standard, si è rivelata estremamente pulita e spaziosa. Un altro punto di forza è la posizione strategica, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana.

Cons:

Suggerisco di implementare un sistema di tagging numerato sia per i bagagli che per i proprietari. Il numero consegnato all'ospite fungerebbe da convalida necessaria al momento del ritiro, garantendo che la riconsegna avvenga solo previa verifica della corrispondenza. Inoltre, per massimizzare la tutela dei beni, l'area di deposito dovrebbe essere ad accesso esclusivo del personale, evitando che gli ospiti vi accedano in autonomia, anche se basata sulla reciproca fiducia.

Zimmer für diese Preisklasse zu klein, zu einfach eingerichtet.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war top, wir konnten zu Fuß zum Prater gehen, trotzdem war es überhaupt nicht laut direkt beim Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine tolle Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten eine angenehme Größe.

Cons:

Es sollten auf jeden Tisch Salz- und Pfefferstreuer gestellt werden. Leider gab es nur 6 Stück davon für den ganzen Frühstücksbereich und man musste sie immer suchen, oder bei Gästen fragen, ob man sie nehmen darf, das war etwas unangenehm.
