Fascinating place to stay in the centre of the old town.
Pros:

Stayed here for the Carnival weekend. It was very quiet as well away from all the activities so easy to relax when needed. The room and building are quite amazing, with fascinating features everywhere. Frosso was very friendly and let us check-out as late as we wanted, too.

Cons:

The shower room now works as a Hamam, so we had to use the shower in the jacuzzi, which was in the bedroom itself, which felt a little strange at first but not a serious problem. Also, there didn't seem to be any hot water the last morning but as we were checking out late, it wasn't really a problem either.

Amazing place with a historical architecture & design and relaxing ambience.
Pros:

The Hotel , its beauty , facilities and atmosphere are totally fantastic.
The location is perfect right in the center of the historical downtown in beautiful narrow streets.

Lobby is like a live museum, with multiple artefacts and decoration of Ottaman Empire
The pleasant aroma in lobby creates a fantastic ambience.

In the bathroom everything was functioning, the water supply was great and every button of the jacuzzi was functioning properly ( unlike other hotels I faced).

Everything everywhere was perfectly clean , neat and tidy.

Communication with hotel admin was efficient prior check -in , I did wrong date booking right on New Year eve and needed to shift the day
Hotel Admin kindly changed.

And I feel guilty to the lovely Host that a friend of mine , who was staying with me caused an inconvenience to another guest , who was threatening to write a bad review of the hotel , however it was us, not the hotel addressing.
It was a New Year for us and child obsessed mother on the other side,
Where the preferences for the Holiday didn't match.

Other than that, fantastic, amazing place where you can enjoy Hammam or Jacuzzi and after that relax in the ambiance of the beautiful lobby.

Τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο..με ησυχία..τα πάντα με τα πόδια.5 λεπτά από τα ΚΤΕΛ..δωμάτιο χαμάμ παλιο.οθωμανική ατμόσφαιρα..ωραίο δωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό χαμάμ..φωτισμός...

Pros:

situé en peripherie du centre historique donc facile d’accès a pied .
belle demeure , bien décorée , les suites sont plus ou moins grandes selon le tarif choisi .
excellent rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

il manque juste le petit déjeuné , dommage car en plus la pièce du rdc s'y prêterait parfaitement

A beautiful stay! Right in the town center, close to many amenities.
Pros:

The property is well kept and beautiful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Hammam is a positive experience as well! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly stuff. The room was very clean and orginized.
We used the room that includes sauna and it was amazing! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a nice place to relax,in the center of Rethimno .
