Ebenfalls musste ich den Parkplatz extra bezahlen.
Dann wäre die Sauna normalerweise bis 21.00 Uhr nutzbar, was wegen eines Weihnachtsanlasses auf 18.00 geändert wurde. Am nächsten Morgen war der Wellness Bereich bereits ausgebucht. Finde ich schon seltsam, dass Hotelgäste nicht automatisch genug Platz haben!

I’m not leaving this review because I “didn’t like something.” I’m leaving it because the way this place communicates and handles a legitimate issue is frankly unacceptable.

On Booking.com, the property is presented as having sauna/spa facilities. The critical details you would need to make an informed booking decision were not made clear on the platform where I actually booked and paid. Only after booking did I learn that the sauna comes with extra charges and has severely limited hours that make it unusable for anyone who wanted it after work.

When I immediately requested to cancel, the communication that followed felt like a textbook example of stalling and deflection. First it’s “we have to ask the manager,” then the manager is “not in the house,” then an outright refusal arrives without addressing the actual point. Instead of responding to the core issue, they try to distract with irrelevant “solutions” like a room upgrade, as if a bigger room replaces the amenity that was the reason for booking.

The owner, Sven Holzer, was the worst part of it. His messages are written in a pseudo-friendly tone while carefully avoiding any real answers. He claims he won’t “repeat his arguments” and suggests the platform (Booking.com) controls how information is displayed, then points you to their own website. That’s not an excuse. I booked on Booking.com, not on their private homepage. If you advertise an amenity on a booking platform, you have a responsibility to make the important limitations clear there, not after the fact.

Bottom line: expect vague replies, long delays, responsibility shifting, and zero willingness to resolve problems fairly. If you care about transparency and straightforward communication, avoid this place.

Aufgepasst! Hier geht es mehr ums Geld als um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Im Nicht-Städtischen Bereich 11 Euro für einen Parkplatz an der Straße oder im Hof zu nehmen (was nicht auf den 1. Blick ersichtlich war) erfreut nicht gerade. Auch alle Zimmer mit Seeblick zu versehen, obwohl nur eines von vielen tatsächlich Seeblick hat ist schon frech. Zu sagen, es stehe ein Spa-Bereich zu verfügung und man kann Massagen gegen Aufpreis buchen und dann den Spa-Bereich komplet extra zu berechnen ist schon nicht mehr vertretbar. Der Super-Gau war, dass das Hotel, als wir müde am späten Nachmittag ankamen mit Bademänteln in der Tasche den Sparbereich komplett für Hotel-Gäste geschlossen hatten (Sie haben ihn extern vergeben, war wohl rentabler). Wir hatten das Zimmer aber NUR wegen dem Spa-Bereich gebucht. So wollten wir das Geld zurück, was die Mitarbeiterin zunächst auch zugesagt hatte. Der Chef sah das anders und wertete es als Stornierung, wo nur die Touristensteuer erstattet wurde. Das sahen wir dann erst am nächsten Morgen. Wir haben 2 Hotelzimmer an diesem Abend bezahlt. Ich versuchen jetzt den Weg über Booking.

Im not sure but by room service they have not our towels changed and did not beds fresh. ( not sure why , bcs not time to speak with stuff ) but I suggest to go there

Llame por teléfono porque llegaba tarde me dijeron que no me esperaban , pregunté por la sauna y cobraban 25 euros la hora por persona ( un robo!!! , eso es robar!!, el parking también eran 20 euros noche y ninguna de estas tarifas está reflejada en booking, son unos auténticos mentiroso , acto seguido el señor que estaba al teléfono me mando un vídeo donde supuestamente dejaban la llave de la habitación si yo llegaba tarde ( solo están hasta las 18h me dijo porque tenía una cita), la llave no estaba me tocó dormir en el coche y no me devolvieron ni un solo céntimo de euros. La peor experiencia de booking en más de 10 años que uso esta aplicación!!

Frühstück war spärlich für den Preis. Keine Auswahl, Frühstück mit 2 Brötchen, 1 Marmelade, Wurst und Käse, 1 Joughurt etwas Gemüse, Butter in einem Schälchen...

Parkplatz für nicht zentrale Lage etwas teuer, leider kaputter Lüfter im Zimmer, der die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Letzteres war natürlich einfach nur Pech...
