Needs renovations for the rate to value
Pros:

The location is central and close to where my meetings were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with many options to choose from.

Cons:

I felt a bit over-priced because of the state of the rooms, it looks like it needs a good renovation work to justify the rate. Some rooms have no safe-boxes including mine, though they told me some have if needed they could shift me. Room has some worn out paint even cracks, furniture paint is chipping away, simple need proper rehabilitation.

Perfect hotel, excellent staff, and superb location

Cons:

Definitely showing signs of age and wear in the rooms, sparse sundries and the room is clean but the cleaning supplies leave a smell that isn't pleasant.

Some of the stafff was friendly

Cons:

The room wasn’t good at all. The toilet seat was broken. The shower door couldn’t close. The floor tiles were chipped and looked bad. The bed tables were damaged. The air conditioning was making such a bad noise that I had to turn it off to try and sleep. The bedside lights were torn out from the wardrobe and didn’t look safe. The top floor entertainment area and bar never had different types of glasses for the different type of drinks you would order. The breakfast wasn’t to 4 star standard and honestly I do not know why they are rated 4 stars. We paid for 2 nights but left early after the 1st night and they would refund us with the next nights money. Never again

Zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Außerordentlich freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist, ebenso wie die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant, sehr gut. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig.
