Prima vertoeven voor zakelijk verblijf
Pros:

De eigen ruimte, het is fijn om een eigen keukentje en zithoek te hebben. Dat maakt het lekker huiselijk
De ligging op loop afstand van het centrum

Cons:

Wifi verbinding viel regelmatig weg, dat was wel ff vervelend als je op afstand wilt werken.
De ruimte was niet airco gekoeld en het was een warme zomer waarop ik boekte.

Prima ruim appartement midden in het centrum van Middelburg
Pros:

Heel mooi en ruim appartement en ook sfeervol ingericht. Ook de keuken was volledig ingericht, we hebben niets gemist. Bij aankomst werden we geholpen door een zeer vriendelijke medewerker bij de receptie, alles werd goed uitgelegd. Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant voor degenen die licht slapen zou ik een kamer aan de achterkant aanraden want het is een drukke weg.

Größe des Zimmers mit Tisch und Küchenzeile. Perfekt zum Frühstücken. Zentrale Lage.

Zimmer direkt an der Straße EG. Nachts aber nicht laut.

Cons:

Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen. Je kon wel aparte zaken voor ontbijt kopen, maar de locatie om dat te nuttigen was verre van gezellig. Wij hebben dus elders onbeten. Er was ook geen diner mogelijkheid aanwezig. De kamer lag aan een zéér drukke weg waar vanaf 6.00 uur in de morgen met veel lawaai doorheen werd gereden, dus zeker vanaf 6.00 uur waren we wakker, wat zeker niet de bedoeling was !

Eine tolle Zeit.
Pros:

Es war ein super Urlaub! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir im Innenhof in einem Schuppen mit Lademöglichkeit sicher abstellen konnten. Die Zufahrt war um das Haus herum, sodass wir auch das Auto problemlos entladen konnten. Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, haben aber einige Male im dazugehörigen Café gefrühstückt – sehr gut! In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Lokale. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Im Zimmer gab es auch eine mobile Klimaanlage. Da wir jedoch lieber bei offenem Fenster schlafen, haben wir diese nicht genutzt. Der Deckenventilator über dem Bett hat vollkommen ausgereicht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Spacious apartment room, close to train station and good street parking
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and spacious room on the first floor. 3 big windows at the back of the building. Elevator, which is useful since this is a very tall building. Small kitchen with basic set. Wonderful staff! Very close to train station, absolutely walkable.

Cons:

No mosquito nets....and plenty of mosquitos

Short stay in Middelburg to visit the neighborhood.
Pros:

Great location. Appartement clean and big enough for two people. Kitchen's fine.

Cons:

We were travelling by car. Although there are a lot of parking places in the neighborhood, it is very expensive to travel by car and to park in that region (not only Middelburg).
Nothing to change (It's very positive for the environment and the tranquility) but it's not so easy to adapt for occasional travelers.

Fijne ontvangst, heerlijk ontbijt. Bedden van goede kwaliteit hebben goed geslapen, 's nachts weinig verkeer in de straat. Zeer goed hotel vlak bij het centrum.

Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Friendly host. Lovely place.
Pros:

Lovely central location in Middelburg, but still quite peaceful in the evenings and mornings.
Having air conditioning was a bonus as weather was very hot during our stay.

Outstanding service, the Gentle nows his way around the city. He give us some good tour information about the location and a bit of the history
