A comfortable, well-located stay with excellent communication and friendly staff—highly recommended.
Pros:

A very comfortable stay at ApartHotel Waepen van Middelburg. The location was incredibly convenient being right by the station and within easy walking distance of the town centre, which made getting around effortless.

Communication throughout the booking and stay was excellent (dank je wel Jacqueline) Everything was clearly explained and any questions were answered promptly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, adding a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, would definitely recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Middelburg. It’s a great combination of comfort, convenience and warm hospitality.

Cons:

Will love to come over again and choose it for another trip in Summer if possible!
Pros:

The place is a very cozy one for me as a tourist coming from overseas. The location is close to the train station. The owners are very friendly and shared quite some interesting insights for the city. The room is clean, warm and almost with everything needed for a 2-weeks stay. I had a lovely trip in Middelburg including the unique experience of this place.

Pros:

Ideale locatie in Middelburg, tussen het treinstation en het centrum in. Alles op loopafstand. Fijne kamer, fijne bedden en erg vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk brood bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

We misten de handleiding van de oven. We kwamen er uiteindelijk wel uit, maar was handig als instructies in de map hadden gezeten bijvoorbeeld.

Un bel appart hôtel super bien situé à Middelburg, idéal pour les amateurs de balades à vélo !
Pros:

L'appartement était confortable, bien équipé , très propre et joliment décoré.
Il était très bien situé, à deux pas du centre. Des parkings payants à proximité. L'appart hôtel dispose d'un local pour les vélos. Les hôtes étaient accueillants.
Le déjeuner était très bon. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Pros:

Super leuke plek in Middelburg. Dicht bij station en centrum. Wij hadden fietsen mee die in schuurtje konden stallen. Zeer vriendelijke host, die ons een mooie fietsroute heeft aanbevolen. Deze was echt geweldig. Enorm genoten van mooi Zeeland!!

Heerlijke acco op een toplocatie
Pros:

Fijne acco, heel ruim appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Toplocatie op loopafstand van het centrum én dichtbij het station. Fietsen kun je in de schuur zetten. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt en een gezellige gastvrouw.
