Fantastic location. 30 minutes walking to Nevskiy prospect. There is a subway station just across the road. A lot of different cafes within 3 minutes walking.
The staff is sooo professional and accommodating. It is a very small hotel and not a corporate chain hotel. Private owned.
Recommend everyone to stay here.
AIvan metroaseman, ei tosin punaisen linjan, vieressä sijaitseva hotelli helpottaa kulkemista kaupungin nähtävyyksiin. Olimme matkalla perheen kanssa (2 aikuista ja 2 lasta). Huoneessa ei kuitenkaan ollut kuin sänky ja kapea (120 cm) sohva. Aamupala ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan, mutta vieressä ovessa oli viihtyisä kahvila, josta sai kaikkia paikallisia herkkuja. Lisäksi huoneessa oli keittiö.
This was a perfect place to stay, location was great and apartments are recently renovated. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

숙소가 깨끗하고 방도 넓어서 만족했어요. 주방 조리도구도 깨끗해서 잘 이용했네요. 호텔 직원들과의 의사소통도 문제없었어요. 지하철역, 버스정류장과도 가깝고, 주변이 적당히 조용하고도 번화한 동네여서 좋았어요.
Fica no centro da cidade, mas não fica próximo aos principais pubs, restaurantes, museus e outras atrações da cidade.
Assustei quando cheguei pois não encontrava e não havia uma boa sinalização, a recepção e a área interna é bem simples, o elevador é antigo e bem apertado.
O lado positivo são os apartamentos, achei eles confortáveis.
O hotel não possui um restaurante para as refeições, mas fornece vouchers do restaurante ao lado para tomar o café da manhã.

Asunto oli iloinen yllätys.Kaikki oli siistiä ja keittiössä jopa mikro ja iso jääkaappi, lisäksi vedenkeitin ja keittolevyt.
Vähän kaukana keskustasta mutta metro ihan vieressä, vaati vähän vaihtoja.
Kylpyhuone myöskin siisti, joskin hyllyä mihin 3 naisen beatyboxit olisi saanut, kaivattiin.
Henkilökunta oli auttavainen ja kielitaitoinen.
Aamupala viereisessä kahvilassa sujui, kun pääsimme systeemiin sisälle, ei kummoinen mutta vatsa tuli täyteen.

Very good apartments, everything works, very modern well designed. The staff are very nice people, Yulia(hi), excellent, speaks English. It is placed in a very busy area of the city, literally 50 yards from Metro and 20 minute walk to main street, there is traffic noise mainly during day but this is the city, many restaurants fast food etc. Also its easy too find with inviting main entrance. Very strong WiFi.
